I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

Loved my stay here! The place is modern, super clean, and feels very new. Big windows with a beautiful lake view—such a great way to start the day. Kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. It’s only a 15-20 min drive to downtown, and check-in was super smooth with the code sent ahead of time. Would definitely come back!

Had a lovely stay here. The river is very peaceful, and the place has open space concept and had everything we needed for cookware. Very comfortable space, and loved the wraparound porch. View was amazing! Thank you!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist ein Highlight. Ich würde immer wieder hier herkommen. Meine Naturbeobachtung am See werde ich sehr vermissen.

Our stay at Addie's cottage was delightful. The place was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Both hot and cold water pressure was excellent, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. The bedrooms were tidy and comfortable. Addie proved to be very responsive and helpful, enhancing our experience. However, we encountered a few minor issues: 1) We discovered and eliminated several small cockroaches in the kitchen, particularly around the garbage cabinet. 2) The dining chairs were deteriorating, leaving lots of tiny pieces on our clothing when we used them. 3) The non-functional hot tub was a surprise upon arrival. Although mentioned in the listing, we missed it and so suggest making it more prominent, perhaps in the title, as the photos and description led us to expect a working hot tub. This could also be Airbnb's fault, since I specifically selected the "hot tub" option during my search, clearly indicating a preference for a property with a working hot tub.

Our stay at Khandakar’s place was really enjoyable! The house is located within walking distance from Bobcaygeon. It was cozy and welcoming, equipped with everything we might need. We definitely recommend it to those visiting Bobcaygeon!

great place great location on the water. hope to be back in a couple of years. boat launch is 5mins away, great for fishing off the dock

The place was nice and the host was very friendly and responsive. The only slight downside would be a lack of kitchen towel and garbage bags: for a group of 6 with 4 nights stay, a total of 8 garbage bags(1 in each washroom, 1 in garbage can, +5 spares) and half a roll of kitchen towel were provided. Those would not be enough if you plan to cook a meal everyday. But the host addresses all our inquiries within the hour and that was nice.

Dylan’s place was better than anticipated. Large, well-laid out, clean, beautiful views and well-stocked. I think most impressive was Dylan himself who was extremely responsive and friendly. He is a SuperHost. I would absolutely come back,

Beautiful place on a beautiful location. we were there in in cooler weather but the view both in and out the house is well worth it. the interior also matches it and you can see the care in the construction of the place to ensure a high end vibe.

He was always available for all our questions , It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We had the most amazing experience staying at Phil and Kim's condo. From the moment we arrived, we are blown away by the modern, minimalistic design of the space. It truly feels like a home away from home — everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and the space is impeccably clean and well-organized. The attention to detail is evident in every corner. The hosts are absolutely fantastic! They are always just a message away and ready to assist with anything, making the whole stay so seamless and stress-free. Their prompt and friendly communication added so much value to the experience. You can tell they really care about providing the best possible stay for their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped space with incredibly thoughtful hosts! Although this is our 2nd time here but surely, we will definitely stay here every Huntsville Dance Competition.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy, surrounded by stunning scenery that made the whole experience peaceful and refreshing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided—the amenities made it feel just like home. We especially loved waking up to the breathtaking views and having a quiet coffee in such a tranquil setting. Staying at Carolyn’s place was an excellent choice! Carolyn was very responsive, communicative and accommodating. The instructions provided were simple and easy to follow. The unit is stunning! You can tell it was designed very well & thoughtful pieces throughout the unit. The unit was really clean. The area had amazing restaurants & shops to check out. I plan to be back during the summer!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

We were extremely happy with the accommodations provided by Matt and Katie. Katie laid out clear instructions which made checking in and checking out a breeze. Everything was spotless and the location is extremely quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Huntsville area.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive
