Whimsical House with Enchanting Gardens

Custom built space with eco-friendly sustainable materials. This place is tucked away in what feels like the country in the city...enjoy a morning with fresh coffee on the rocking chair porch and relax listening to the sounds of birds. Nice quiet space with nearby park cheer from time-to-time. This is a dog loving property with friendly neighborhood pooch's hanging out, so if you are afraid of dogs, please give us proper notice so we can accommodate. Guest access to the Gazebo, Island, 2-acre Trails and Treehouse is by APPOINTMENT ONLY for the time being - we are renovating and finishing many-a-things and will open them up for public use and fun asap. We are friendly people who respect privacy. We consider new visitors new friends and try to meet all our guests so you feel comfortable with the surroundings and enjoy them even more. We're happy to offer friendly guidance, info and support (discount for writers and artists who stay and create and share)! We really want you to enjoy your time with us. There is 3 additional buildings on the property so friendliness is a must. Nested between a park and suburban neighborhoods, the three acre property off a small graveled lane, is embraced by limited residents and undeveloped forest areas that create a secluded, quiet and private vibe. Right outside the house's gates, is a trail leading through the woods to the park for peaceful walks under giant cedars, maples, pines, and douglas firs. Giant rhodedendrons, mossy trees, and native plants bring a variety of wildlife to the property and neighborhood. Close to both 405 and 520. Walking distance to Microsoft! The bus system is within close walking distance as well and there is a path to Grasslawn park right out the door and through the woods. There's also the bike trail leading to the burke trail just a few neighborhoods away. Bike friendly and we're tuning a few of ours to also offer to our guests...stay tuned on that perk. This is a 1-bedroom facility (3-ish story) with a loft and day bed all within the same air-space as the queen main bed. So if you plan on having 4 people stay (family) you'll be bonding even more so! Bring your story books and ear plugs if you're planning on sharing the space. :) And if you're planning on taking advantage of the sofa bed downstairs in the living room - get ready to wake with the sun! East facing beds for sunrise alarms available pending the season. There are too many windows to count... Also please note that this house has many imperfections and really is more of an art project. Expect lot's of "character". There are many areas that could be better and we'll continue to improve them as we can invest in them. In the interim, we just think they are kinda cute and enjoy finding joy in our faults and imperfections. We appreciate your feedback and support by staying with us and hope to add to your enjoyment of the area and space.

Private Cabin right on creek and 15 ft waterfall!

Charming cabin with deck overlooking stunning view of creek. A 2 minute walk to enjoy a full view of the waterfall and creek (it’s private on our property, takes stairs to get there). The cabin is fully fenced for privacy. Accommodates 2 people with Queen bed & bathroom. Includes mini-frig, micro, 2 burner stove, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Smart TV, high speed internet. 1 parking spot. We have another cottage next door available to rent. Quiet Lakeside Retreat #1 - Master Suite

Quiet retreat in the woods, on the shore of Ames Lake. Watch eagles and osprey with your morning coffee. Toast marshmallows after sundown at the beach. Close to Redmond, Seattle and the mountains, the Master Suite features a private deck, antique furniture and a luxurious clawfoot tub. You'll find destination Mountain Bike trails just up the road, excellent restaurants a quick drive away, and Ames Lake, one of King County's most pristine, just down the stairs. No smoking. Pets welcome.

Sparkling Pine Lake View 1br Suite

Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax with some tunes on the piano. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

New modern 1 private king, en-suite, private entry

One of the most sought after locations in Washington State. Great views, restaurants, food delivery via Uber eats etc delivery apps, walk to the beach, family/couple/single/ fitness and wellbeing friendly activities, access mountains and nightlife. 5 mins to downtown Bellevue, 15 mins downtown Seattle. You'll love my place because of the light, the space, the views and the peaceful, yet central location. Good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. No pets please.

Major-value Meets Micro-soft

This newly refurnished house has been our home for over 20 years. Minutes walk to Idylwood Lake/Beach Park, nature trails, and only 5 minutes drive to Microsoft and local shopping centers, 15 minutes drive to downtown Bellevue, another 5-10 minutes to Seattle. The house has generous and comfortable living spaces that will accommodate up to 12 people. It is offered at an incredible value for all the amenities and features.

Amazing Panorama Lake View

The entire upper unit of the lake view house in Seattle area (Sammamish) is yours--there are 2 completely separate units with separate entrances; only upper unit is rental; the lower unit is used by the owner while in town. The house has central AC; 2 bedrooms (Master has King size bed with French door to balcony and 2nd room with Queen Bed); 1 1/2 baths & more! No pets!
