The house is in a very convenient location, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were complete — from kitchen essentials to a nice hot shower — plus a bonus of Netflix for relaxing nights. Julie was very responsive and kind, making sure we were well accommodated. Highly recommend!

The unit was as per the photos, had everything we required for a lovely break away from home especially the coffee machine. Although in a busy area it was not overly noisy, very handy to both beaches, cafes and the Hot Pools. Great to have off street parking in a secure area. Would highly recommend.

This is a great place if visiting the area. In a peaceful private location with water view and the apartment was immaculate in every way. We will definitely rebook if returning to Papamoa.

Lovely stay, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our fur baby was also welcome which we appreciated a lot! You’re right near private access to the beautiful papamoa beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us :)

We stayed at Marilyn's for 1 night and it was just what we needed for our travels to Rotorua! She was very responsive to our messages and her instructions were clear with picture to help! It was so cosy here with a Large TV in the living space so we could chill out and nap after an early morning of travelling from Auckland. We managed to do our Laundry and dry them as a washer and drier, including washing powder, was available. I felt at home right away. In the evening we went to Wai Ariki Spa which was a minute walk away, you can even see it from the window! Well worth the trip! All restaurants and amenities are a walking distance away so getting dinner and breakfast the next morning was so easy. Beautiful town to go around for a morning jog! Thank you!

We had a beautiful stay att Lake Okareka. Amazing location, right next to lake and nature reserve. Comfortable, clean unit, perfect for what we required

We had a great time staying at Mount Handy Dandy. Diane was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect to visit the Main Street and the mount and beach.

Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Nice place, lovely and helpful-waited for us to check in. Had air conditioning on when we arrived so room was cool. Good kitchen facilities and lots of milk.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (tween). The apartment was beautifully furnished and comfortable, it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and we loved that it had a spa. It is little but big enough for the four of us and has a very cosy atmosphere. It was slightly out of town at the top of a hill, which had the added benefit of not being as fragrant as Rotorua town :-) We used our rental car to get into town and to the bike park it was very straightforward. Definitely recommend would stay again.
