This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

this was my first airbnb in Oroville I would come back and stay again. Great location to all my needs. The host communicated with me and met all my needs, even the early checkin which I 150% appreciated. I understand it can't always happen but it worked out that it was able to. It really shows they cared about us. thank you. Hope you like a soft bed... I slept great but my husband did not. I thought it would be the opposite. Just makes as look forward to returning home to ours after our trip. over all amazing place and host you will find joy in your stay with how personable they are with their guest. thank you for making our visit to Oroville special.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect, the host was fantastic, and everything was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of space—both inside and out—for our group of two couples to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Everything was simply PERFECT! So clean and fresh with beautiful decor accents! The furnishings were very comfortable and great bedroom accommodations. The interior design is extremely well planned with privacy for all guests. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a more charming, wonderful place to stay! Edgar’s house was great! Quiet neighbourhood, close drive to many places, check-in was simple and quick. We loved the spaciousness of the house and double bathrooms as we were a group of 5 adults. TV’s were equipped and kitchen was loaded as well. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would come again—definitely recommend.

Wonderful house and close to Auburn for the Canyons endurance run. Mars was a great host and communicated really well throughout! House was well stocked and cozy!
