Jon is extremely available, helpful and responsive. If an issue arises, you can be assured easy communication. Lakefront is lovely and quiet. Easy drive to surrounding areas.

Came to stay for a UND hockey game and it was such a nice place to stay with a large family. Very easy to get to from the Ralph and the house was perfect for our needs.

Our accommodation met all our needs and expectations. It was in a location that suited us perfectly for our stay in Winnipeg. Anything that we needed to keep us comfortable and accommodate our cooking style, etc., was provided. We would certainly come again.😊

It was a very wonderful stay, the place was beautiful and Gopher was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back! Everything was labeled and ready for us!

We stayed here while my daughter competed during the Mrs North Dakota Pageant in Grand Forks, the hotel the pageant had a room block at had sold out and we were considering bringing our dogs (which we couldn’t do at the hotel) so this gave us flexibility. While we weren’t in the home much during the day as we were at rehearsals, it was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. The echo devices were nice to just listen to music. There is a nice front and back porch although it was too chilly for us to enjoy them. The home has a certain charm about it and I felt like I was visiting my grandparents (and not in a bad way). The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting furniture. The front room also provided yoga mats and hula hoops for anyone who wanted to do yoga- something my friend enjoyed. We didn’t cook at the home but supplies were provided. The bathroom provided essentials so we didn’t have to remember to bring them. The washer and dryer nice to have!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen newly renovated. Bathrooms were also new and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay. Especially in the winter if you ride snowmobiles, the trail is super close by and easy to get too. Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Will definitely be back. Felt right at home.

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

Can't say enough about this lovely area. The friendliest, and most peacefull spot tucked off the main highway. The beach cabin had everything we needed and more! Thoughtfully decorated and hosted by Gisele. Would highly reccomend, and will absolutely come through again. Don't forget to grab a couple stickers on the way out!

Excellent stay! Super clean place, we stayed in winter and had a great time. There isn’t a shower in the cabin (as stated in the listing) but that didn’t impact our stay even a little bit. A very relaxing, much needed get away. I would absolutely recommend! The place had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Bring books, board games, and enjoy the amazing scenery :)

Loved my stay! Very last minute booking but had no issues getting in and settled by the time I got there. Cute spot nice and quiet.

Lovely cabin. Clean linens, bathrooms, full size kitchen, living room. The fireplace in winter is an added benefit. Nice location close to Bemidji and Buena Vista ski resort. Great family get away. Though the restaurant isn't open in the winter, the pool and store have limited hours for use.

C'était spacieux. Les enfants étaient heureux. Tous les accessoires de la cuisine étaient appréciés. En hiver, le sous-sol était trop froid. La chambre des maîtres était chaude la nuit. Les instructions pour prendre la clé n'étaient pas justes. La porte de garage n'est pas rouge. En général, c'était très bien. Le service de Danielle était excellent! Merci!

Awesome location, big dock, and beach...a few steps from the cabin to the water (you can hear the waves from the bedroom window). I have rented a lot of cabins in the past...Art's cabin has the best water frontage I have ever seen! The fishing is incredible, we were there 9 days and fished a different spot every time. My son and I caught well over 120 fish over the 9 days, including several large Walleys that we cooked up! Lot's of small mouth bass, and of course endless northern pikes! My truck broke down, and wouldn't be fixed until a couple of days after we were to check out. I told Art about this issue and he made some arrangement's so we could stay a couple of extra days until my truck was fixed. He went out of his way to make things work...it could have been a disaster, but instead we got a couple more day's of fishing in! If you like being on the water and love fishing, this is the place for you! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Art for your great hospitality!

My family had such a great time. Martha was very warm and responds quickly for any questions! The property is beautiful and my kids had so much fun in the pool. The camper is clean and comfortable. The cherry on top of a peaceful evening around the fire was Martha's handsome black lab, Jack. He is the sweetest boy! Thank you for a great stay!

What a cute little spot- two pristine bedrooms and swans nearby! It was a lovely quiet night of dinner in, with a cute well appointed kitchen - and a super sweet breakfast of fresh fruit and banana bread! 10/10 will be back again!

I used the cabin as a fishing headquarters/home base for angling on Lake Winnipeg for 5 weeks.Glenn’s cabin was very good location and I was able to access all waterways within 15-20 mins by snowmobile or truck. The cabin was exactly that-a cabin. This is not an all inclusive resort but rather a nice quiet cabin in the woods. The cabin has everything you could need for a weekend, a week, or a month. It is elderly and rustic but everything works great and Glenn was. Very helpful although I did not require his attentiveness much. Fabulous fishing trip, thanks Glenn. I may be back next winter if time allows.

We loved this sweet little hideaway! Had cozy cabin vibes even though it’s a mother in law apartment… very private, quiet, peaceful and serene surroundings. We spent a long weekend exploring Voyageurs and Ely and it was the perfect distance between the two. We were traveling with our 3 year old and our pup and the space was perfect for our family, cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We even got to see a fox walking the road which was fun! Would definitely stay here again if in the area- highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay here! Me and some bridesmaids including the bride stayed here the night before the wedding day and it was super great! We were not too far from the Rustic Wedding Barn Venue which was a plus!! We were all quite stressed with all the wedding stuff so having a night away in a peaceful location was much needed and we enjoyed it so much! There were two cats that welcomed us there as we arrived which was my favourite part! Thank you for a great stay Shane and Mandy!

Our family enjoyed a relaxing getaway and spent time snowshoeing around the property on the trails. Peaceful and quiet space.
