Beautiful 2 level home, w/ main level master king bedroom. The cottage has a main level full kitchen, dining & living room, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room converts to a bedroom, w/ a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has a bedroom w/ a Queen bed, bunk bed, 3rd full bathroom & Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Relax with the whole family @ our cozy cottage nestled in a peaceful cove on Lake of the Ozarks. Swim/fish/kayak from our personal dock, play yard games, enjoy s’mores in our fire pit or get cozy inside w/ board games & a movie. Located on a paved road only minutes from town & fun attractions (Ozarks Amphitheater, Bridal Cave, etc.) ‼️ Please note this property was built in the 60’s and is located in the woods. AKA: there is wildlife & a handful of “old lake home” quirks that come with it!

Enjoy fun days and fabulous sunsets at this beautiful lakeside property. The covered dock has a swim platform, diving board, and wet steps. The west facing porch, regularly visited by hummingbirds, gives amazing views of the lake and breath taking sunsets. Located at MM6 off the Gravois Arm, the house is easy boating distance to Jolly Roger's Grub & Grog, Coconuts Resort and Maggie's on the Lake. It is also only approx 25 minutes drive from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam Strip.

Perfect tiny house for a romantic getaway, fishing trip or family vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Located at #2 mile marker on the Little Niangua arm you couldn't ask for better fishing or a calmer part of the lake to swim, ski or tube. Studio cabin has large deck w/ a propane grill that overlooks the lake. 2 swimming docks, laundry facilities on premises, fishing dock w/ fish house so you can fish year round, boat ramp and swingset. Mattress replaced 10/1/22
