El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

This place is right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. It was perfect for a weekend with family and friends to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The condo is perfect to get away from the noise and chaos of city life.

Súper agradecida. Mike siempre estaba atenta a mis preguntas y necesidades. Apartamento súper limpio . Iguana es un lugar que llena cualquier expectativa.

Fue maravilloso. Las instalaciones todas muy bien mantenidas y limpias, cuenta con todo lo necesario, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y aire acondicionado, aunque no fue necesario usarlo en la noche porque es muy fresco. La cocina super bien equipada, incluyendo agua para beber y hielo. Una terraza estilo mezzanine que disfrutamos mucho en la noche. El acceso al baño en la laguna espectacular y lo mejor es que hay una piscina perfecta para los chicos, andábamos con nuestras hijas que la disfrutaron por horas cuando ya no querían más estar en la laguna. Especial mención para Luis, el chico nos atendió, super atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo. Fue perfecto, sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomiendo.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, particulièrement la terrasse avec la vue et les couchers de soleil. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Heureusement le taxi connaissait l’emplacement. Si vous arrivez par vos propres moyens, assurez-vous vous d’arriver de clarté.

Très beau logement, le terrain était magnifique, beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs. Un petit paradis en bordure du lagon Apoyo. La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse, mais belle. Le dernier 500 mètres et très rocailleux et l'emplacement mal Identifié. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait.

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Uri a été un hôte exceptionnel du début à la fin. D’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, il a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour à Popoyo absolument parfait. Toujours attentionné et amical, il s’est assuré qu’on ne manque de rien. Le logement était confortable et bien équipé, et grâce à lui, tout s’est fait facilement : location de scooter, organisation de notre taxi pour le retour, bonnes suggestions de restaurants, etc. C’est le genre d’hôte qui fait toute la différence!

I absolutely loved my time at the cabin called Urraca. Nestled by the sea, it offers breathtaking views and an unparalleled sense of tranquility that makes it easy to forget about work. With spectacular sunsets, I could see nature, feel it, and I truly felt immersed in the environment. One of the most wonderful experiences was witnessing the turtles lay their eggs, and later observing the tiny hatchlings as they made their way to the sea. It was a magical experience, one that deepened my appreciation for nature. Anyone who spends a vacation there will undoubtedly experience the profound relaxation that this place offers.

Unbelievable location. Right on the beach in front of an amazing break. House is open and beautiful. Perfect indoor outdoor living. Just absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing week and fell in love with the community there. It’s a very special place and James is an excellent host- very responsive. We hope to be back!

Great place to stay with amazing views! From the moment we were greeted by the house crew, we felt truly welcomed. Yasmina and Hermando were always there to help—whether it was bringing in groceries, entertaining our child, cooking, or being flexible when we needed it. The house is spacious and very comfortable, with million-dollar views. It’s also fully equipped with everything you could need—from cookware to a ping-pong table. It was a bit hot outside at the end of the dry season, so we especially enjoyed the infinity pool, which was the perfect temperature. We would absolutely come back again!

We loved casa Delfin! The house is well equiped and comfortable with a nice pool and an unbelievable beautiful view. A staircase leads you to the beach where there are some nice bars within walking distance. We stayed there during Semana Santa and could hear the music on the terrace but it was never too loud. We would love to come back!

Casa Tora es una buena opción para un grupo familiar que quiere disfrutar de la belleza natural de playa El Coco. La casa ofrece las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una buena estancia. Muy recomendable opción.

This place was a dream! It’s somehow better than described than photos. It’s incredible. We felt luxurious! Took 8 best friends here for 3 days. Right on the beach, there is three restaurants down the beach and a small grocery story all within a 5-10 minute walk. The family that lives on the property was so kind and helpful and we also hired Alma a in house chef to make us a tradition Nicaraguan meal for 25 $ for all 8 of us! It was delicious! Donna was quick with all her responses! 10/10 would recommended! We even saw a turtle give birth on the beach!!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.
