La maisonnette se trouve dans un cadre idéal pour ceux qui aiment le chant des oiseaux et la tranquillité. Jolie propriété très bien entretenue avec beaucoup d’arbres fruitier et une belle piscine. Facilement accessible même à pieds ou à vélo. Petits magasins à proximité. Je recommande volontiers

Bella’s place was absolutely beautiful — we stayed for a week and felt right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Beginner’s Bay, an ideal spot for surfing, and conveniently next door to The Salty Koala, a cozy and welcoming restaurant where we ended up grabbing late-night bites more than once. The space itself is stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Petrona who had a contagious smile and was super helpful with upkeep during our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year! One thing to note for remote workers: the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times and there were a few short power cuts during our stay. It didn’t impact our vacation, but something to keep in mind if you need a super reliable connection. Otherwise, it’s an A+++ stay.

We had a beautiful family experience at Cara y su Casa Cartagena. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weekend filled with shared meals and fun. The rustic style was absolutely charming, but what truly stood out was the incredible assistance from the cleaning and maintenance staff. They were attentive at all times and managed to resolve minor issues in record time. It was a perfect stay, and we would return without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Maru’s place was so nice. It was a perfect layout for our group with three families. Maru was very helpful, answering all of our questions and connecting us to others for transportation, golf cart rentals and excursions. The location is great. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Close to several delicious restaurants. Maru’s team kept the place clean, including the pool. The pool area was perfect for hanging out when not at the beach.

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

We stayed with our family of 5, three children under 7 years old and it was perfect! 2 minute walk to the main clubhouse and approximately 3-4 minute walk to Santana beach. My family felt safe and ALL of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Location is great and the walk down to the beach is perfect! We Absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our experience. This was a last minute booking and Anita was so very responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and the pool was very refreshing after time touring the city. WiFi worked great and was speedy. We had only one issue locating the place, but seemed to be from a bad google map link. Anita was on top of teh issue and we got it corrected quickly. Great host response the entire stay.

We had an amazing stay here. We actually wished we had an extra day to just chill and enjoy the pool and view. Saw so many birds, monkeys, and a sloth. Def need an SUV for the area and the roads leading to the house. Also, you are in the wild, so expect critters to be around. Nothing was in our bed, and we slept fine, though! Communication was quick and easy, and everything was great. We were glad we were away from the noise of the town and figured we would have to drive to the beaches anyway, so we might as well get something with a view! 10/10 recommend!

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.

I highly recommend Sandor’s place. The pictures give you an idea of the great place but they do not justice in the sense of the feeling of relaxation you get seating at pool, the beautiful sound of different birds softly singing, while having breakfast by the pool or the indoor patio, the wonderful soft sun of the early morning, having a freshly cut coconut with fresh cut Mangoes, Avocados, Watermelon, and other fruits. Other advantages is the close proximity to to many amazing places within less than a 40 minutes drive. This is my second time staying at Sandor’s place and though there are hundreds of places to stay in Managua and surrounding areas I would not stay in any other place than here. You feel like you are at home away from home, still in vacation. Do stay You will NOT regret it and it’s stead you would want to keep on returning like me.
