Our farmette is nestled away in beautiful countryside, plenty of mountains, with creeks for fishing less than 1 mile away. The famous Appalachian trail entrance is about 1.5 miles away. Stroll our cut flower gardens ( in season) and beautiful property grounds with unparalleled views. Our desire is for folks to unwind, rest, restore, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

Now using UV technology to clean which uses extra time to sanitize and ventilate see new check in/out. Lovely cottage enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch with first floor eat in kitchen- full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee bar and grill. The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. Lockbox entry. Pets allowed - extra fee.

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! This unique and tranquil getaway is located near Gettysburg, Carlisle and Hanover. There is plenty to explore in the area so be sure to checkout the guidebook. Highlights include Gettysburg National Park, Carlisle Events, the Appalachian Trail, and Roundtop Mountain Resort. Our Guest Suite is located on the lower level of our home. A stone path will lead you to your private entrance. Feel free to interact with us during your stay, but we will respect your privacy if you choose not to.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Welcome, I am Debbie a busy Mama/Grandma with a bunch of millennial children (plus five grandchildren and 5 granddogs). I am excited to be able to offer my beautifully designed space close to Dickinson, the War College, Carlisle Fairgrounds, Appalachian Trail, Harrisburg and Gettysburg. You have your own off-street parking, private entrance and a large bedroom/sitting room with full private bathroom and a microwave/ mini-refrigerator for your convenience.

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
