This unit is one of the largest in the complex. Beautiful views of the lake in all bedrooms! Located on the 1st floor. Take the elevator or walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lake & boat slip. There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

Boat rental and Storage are available at Harbor Point Marina located in the community.
