We so enjoyed the fragrance of lilacs and beautiful songs of the birds while sipping coffee at the outdoor table. Location was close to town and shopping. Comfortable beds with fresh linens. Thank you, Susan.

Laura was a great host, the place was exactly as described. We enjoyed kayaking the canals and relaxing on the dock watching fish jump. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect spot for a long weekend trip. We got very lucky with the weather and spent our days floating on the lake and exploring the area. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, and spices. There were towels for swimming and floats, as well as sunscreen and bug spray. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, out on the porch, and by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Hayley’s place! Hopefully, we’ll make it back sometime!

Nicholas’s place was great for what we needed. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to take care of a minor inconvenience. The shower knob was broken from a previous quest and came off after we turned the shower on. Nicholas had set up a friend to bring a pair of pliers, given me a phone call to set up a plumber to fix the issue on a Saturday morning. I was extremely impressed on how the situation was handled. The beds are very comfortable and the window units cool the house quickly. If you need a place with quick lake access in the middle of the country this is the perfect place.

This place lived up to its name "The Sanctuary." So beautiful and peaceful. Very well decorated. Dustin was so welcoming and responsive. We want to come back!

This is such and amazing place, the pictures, doesn't capture the warmth and beauty of this home. From the moment you pull up, nice driveway, manicured law, lovely front porch. Swing in large back yard. Everything was spotless, anything you need is provided. dishes, Keurig with pods. lovely spacious rooms. Recliners with cup holders and usb. Loved it my favorite spot. If you want and amazing home to yourself, serenity, no shared spaces. Do yourself a favor and book this wonderful, charming brick home. I'm already planning my next visit.

We had a great weekend! The house was great as well as the outdoors. We enjoyed fishing and having the private dock. We also enjoyed the fire pit. Andrea was an excellent host and we strongly recommend this listing. Thanks again Andrea!

We were in Summerville for just two nights as our son graduated from The Citadel. It was nice being out of the Charleston and North Charleston area and still close enough to get around. The neighborhood was quiet, my grandson had fun playing in the yard with his aunts and uncles. There was plenty of parking (which can be difficult when all your adult children have cars). We shared a nice meal together, was comfortable in the beds, and felt right at home!

Perfect for two people. Very clean and accommodating. Tim was very responsive and helpful. Only negative was the train in the middle of the night and the bed was a bit squeaky. Otherwise I would highly recommend this ABNB.
