I always love staying at this place. This trip was no different and another incredible experience. Beautiful home, Geoff and Ashley are always so helpful!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The property was gorgeous, well maintained, and so peaceful. We had the waterfall to ourselves every time we went down and our dogs had a BLAST!!! We can't wait to book another trip! I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for some peace and relaxation!

I loved staying here for the week as a solo guest! I will point out that the hosts, Wayne and Tracy, did an amazing job at setting it up for couples, though. It’s perfect for that, but also for one. Beautiful view, lots of adventures around, in a comfortable and safe area. They were also very thorough with communication and providing easy access to rules and park information. I would love to take another trip and book here again in the future. Highly recommend!!

What a great little cabin! The deck is amazing, the hot tub was wonderful and the cabin itself is very comfy! Mark was wonderful at answering all of our questions (even offering to bring us some pliers to fix a fishing pole). I would highly recommend this place, the canoe was a ton of fun, the views were beautiful, and the fire pit is perfectly situated over the lake!! We are looking forward to visiting again soon!!

We made a spontaneous decision to go somewhere local for the weekend and it was perfect We had quick approval. The property was so perfect for a getaway we were able to decompress immediately. Little touches like spices and silverware are everything to me in an Airbnb makes it like you’re staying at home. They had so many thoughtful touches. 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful time here! The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is great and we enjoyed walking around the property. There’s a fire pit to enjoy and we walked along the stream. Overall, it was a great experience!

I will keep this short and sweet. If you are looking to visit this town or any of the surrounding areas, stop your search and go here. I cannot begin to explain what a lovely experience we had. A few things: - This home has everything you will need. So much incredible space to explore. Pool table, multiple fully furnished levels, and a hot tub. Every spot is fun, beautiful, and special. - Amy is a gem, plain and simple. Quick, thorough, and kind. - Our pups were allowed (with a couple fair rules to follow) and they had a blast too. - Pay attention to the instructions Amy gives, especially with the roads to take and how GPS may mislead you (it did us). - The drive up to the home and into the driveway is certainly one to take cautiously. I drive the state daily for work, and I thought I wouldn’t have any issues. Getting in and out with my Tahoe had its challenges. Totally safe and doable, just take your time. We cannot wait to return! We will bring our friends and family next time too!

My family and I had a great time kicking off Spring Break at the cabin! We took the kayaks out, lounged in the hammock, and stayed cozy by the fire pit while making s’mores. The beds were super comfortable, and we spent hours playing the Pac-Man game—so much fun!

There are super hosts and then there’s Chris. The house was great! The hot tub on the deck was a nightly endeavor. The game room was our place to chill with a great TV, ping pong table and a console arcade game with what seemed like 50+ choices. All that said what set this place on a level all by itself was the host…Chris!

Great location/house, host very helpful and responsive! Take advantage of the Lake and provided equipment.

Laura was a wonderful host—easy to reach and proactive about messaging before our arrival. The home was nicely appointed and we especially enjoyed the hot on the deck.

We stayed here five years ago on our honeymoon, so we decided this year for our anniversary, we were going to stay here again. It was lovely, just like last time - the fireplace is so nice, the kitchen is quite well stocked for an AirBNB (we've seen some bad ones, and we've always been able to cook easily in this kitchen!), and there are plenty of extra blankets should you need them. Our son liked the game room downstairs, and there's plenty of room to let our dog play. There are DVDs and an HDMI cable. Had it been warmer, we'd have loved using the fire pit, too. Plenty of room, and the binder full of things to do is a nice touch (and so is the hiding game!). Do note: the grocery store is a solid twenty minutes away, so it's not a quick run down the street. Highly recommend planning on one big grocery run should you need to. There are usually miscellaneous basic spices and such in the cupboard. There is also not a first aid kit as far as we could tell. Highly recommend!

My family rented several home in Big Canoe for my daughter’s wedding. We had family staying at this particular home and it was perfect. If you love nature, this is a great spot!

Katherine’s place was super cute, well decorated, and stocked! I appreciated the high quality kitchen equipment as well as the fans in each room and extra blankets. The birdsong in the morning was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a girl weekend in the Gold Mine Cabin and it was perfect. The cabin was well stocked with nessesities and was just exactly as expected from the description and photos. The location was close to a wonderful winery and downtown but also seperate enough to enjoy some peace. Crystal was full of recommendations and very responsive! We had a great stay!

The Blue Door was immaculate. We couldn't get over the cleanliness and layout of the home. It was perfect in every way. The home is fully stocked with what you need, and Kim even leaves snacks out. The location was great and just a short drive to the square. I love that the bedrooms are on the lower level and the living space is on the second. Well thought-out plan. I will be returning this summer for a longer stay. Communication was great.

Well appointed condo in a gorgeous setting. Big Canoe has a lot to offer. Great amenities- pickle ball, golf, boating, fishing, tennis, and a gym. Many walking trails and lakes. New clubhouse to be completed in June. Lakeside Bistro is great for casual dining. We love it and will be back. Many vineyards to try in the area as well.

Great place. Very relaxing after having business meetings in the ATL metro area all week. Will definitely be back when I am in the area again.

The cabin was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. If you are a light sleeper, you might bring some ear plugs as the wall unit for the heat/ac is pretty loud. The tasting room was only a few short steps away which was super convenient, the wines were delicious, and Macy and Whitney were the BEST! We had our dog with us and she was welcomed inside and given many pets and treats, and Buddy the winery dog was the goodest boy!

Gina was super helpful and responsive. This was a very last minute booking but even still the home was clean and ready for our arrival! Perfect fit for our family of 5. Loved the coziness of the house and the peaceful “backyard” with a path down by the river for exploring. We felt very safe and found lots of great hikes nearby. The only thing I would say is that my Google maps tried to take me to a different house a little further up the hill. Thankfully, we just kept going and were easily able to see the correct address number clearly once we got to the bottom of the drive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Russell and Paula were by far the friendliest and most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. This house was clean with an amazing view. Great bathrooms with great water pressure which is often iffy on top of a mountain.

Great city escape spot. Extremely peaceful, is a beautiful cabin in the woods with all amenities you need to have a good time. You can have up to 10 guest comfortable. One suggestion is to do your grocery shopping before arriving :)

This is a great location to have peace in the woods and is near to Dahlonega, hiking trails, vineyards, and other mountain activities. I highly recommend it. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home in the mountains. Our 9-year-old and 7-year-old loved sleeping and playing in the loft. Check-in at the main gate was very simple and friendly.
