Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Cute & quaint best describes this waterfront cottage located in Bluebird Point on Lake Gaston. Lakeside sun room/sleeping porch overlooking the waterfront with a single boathouse and deep water. Nice view of Lee's Creek with direct access to the main lake. The home has 2 bedrooms (Added sunroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed) with 1 and 1/2 baths. Can utilize boathouse for docking and 2 kayaks for renters use. A great get-away for families and girls/guys weekends.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for Lake Gaston Fun! Spacious home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Features a private boat dock equipped with a boat lift (21ft boat with 3,500lb limit), 2 jet ski lifts (1,000lb each), giant floating mat! paddle boards and kayaks for fun around the cove! Boat dock has a spare fridge, speaker system and a high speed fan. Float the day away in a secluded cove which limits boat traffic. Great for family fun.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
