Set on 12 acres this secluded little house is the perfect get-a-way place to enjoy some down time. Close to fishing at Lake Conroe this cottage serves also as a central point to enjoy some of the local wineries, visit historic downtown Montgomery, explore the Sam Houston National Forest or spend time at the Texas Renaissance Festival which is only 20 minutes away. The physical address and entrance road name has changed several times in the past few years so the GPS address may not work.

Inside, sixteen feet tall ceilings create a large open main room with an overlooking loft; complete kitchen and wetbar with extra ice machine and wine cooler. Relax with the family at this peaceful canal cottage; sleeps six. The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed (Queen option), and the couch in the living area features a queen. Enjoy updated amenities within the home or spend your time outside on one of two covered patios. Secure your boat on site. Relax by the firepit or the covered patio overlooking the canal. Make use of the large yard for your boat or toys within a secured privacy gate.

Welcome to the cottage at the Lake Conroe Resort, w/hot tub, fire-pit, and boating experience. It's close by the Renaissance Festival and different Wedding Venues. Enjoy the sunset over the lake with your favorite drink; relax with a good movie with Free TV and WiFi. Boats can be rented at the guard station. We supply linens and most everything you'll need for a warm cozy stay. Also, there's a key code entry for easy access.
