The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.

Cozy place

We are just over two blocks from the center of downtown! It's close to shops and dining but in a quiet area. The Cozy Place is a one bedroom unit in a three unit building. There is a king bed with a memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the couch converts to a full size bed. Remote controlled gas fireplace, full kitchen and a full bathroom. Sorry - No pets.
