There is a new QN size 5" memory foam sleeper sofa. Shared gas grills, tennis courts, putting greens, spas, 2 pools, and shuffleboard!

We have free parking just outside the door. High ceilings, full kitchen, very cozy, a pullout sofa bed good for two small kids, super comfy king size bed! A/C in bedroom and Living area.
