Space was beautiful and Wendy was super helpful! We stay in Oceanside every February and I would certainly stay here again!

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We came for spring break from Montana, and Greg’s place was amazing for walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants! We opted to rent a car for just one day to go to San Diego, and utilized uber and the train from LAX to the nearby station for any other travel. Greg was responsive and had great local recommendations, and all the beach toys we could want. A great week away from the snow!

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Absolutely perfect location and great, super communicative hosts. The owner gave us lots of local tips too :) Accurate pictures, place has everything you need and the rooftop space is gorgeous! Think it might be a little warm in the summer months but perfect for when we there over Easter.

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Sandhya’s place is a gem. Perfect spot within the complex and beach and very clean and comfortable. She is an amazing host and was super communicative throughout the entire stay. We were on a pseudo work trip and the spot was perfect with great wifi and a great view. Many thanks for the amazing hospitality and looking forward to our next run to Oside. Epic host and person!!

We had a truly fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property itself was lovely - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially appreciated how incredibly well-stocked the kitchen was. Seriously, they thought of everything! It made cooking and enjoying meals so easy and enjoyable. Beyond that, the communication with the host was excellent, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely consider staying here again. The only minor point to note for future guests is regarding the golf cart. While it was convenient for getting around, it seemed to lack a bit of power, especially when going uphill. This wasn't a major issue for us, but something to be aware of. Despite the slight issue with the golf cart's power, the positives of this Airbnb far outweighed this one small drawback. We highly recommend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

The place was great, clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach and walking distance to different fun activities in the area.

Great Oceanside resort retreat. The location is hard to beat with the ocean only steps away. Resort has a great pool and hot tub area as well as an adult only hot tub for those that want to enjoy kid free. Add in the gym and recreation area, this resort truly has everything you need. The Airbnb is well stocked including beach towels and some beach gear. For the beach, just be aware of Oceanside's sand restoration project. The North side of the river is still good though.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! being right on the beach was beautiful. the views were incredible. we made the drive to Universal for one day and it wasn't too bad of a 45 minute drive. the bay across the street was perfect for my 10 year old too.

Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Wonderful spring break checked off the list for the year- we will definitely be back to this beach house!! The views are STUNNING! The beach was great- our kids had an amazing time finding hermit crabs on the beach when the tide was low and the dolphins were out every morning to watch while sipping coffee in the salty air!!! IT was beautiful and we can't wait for our next trip! Our boys are already planning what they will do next time around!! This was a great spot for our family vacation, book it if you're on the fence!! Great memories were made for sure!! Thank you Kelley and Wes, the place was exactly what our family needed!! ;)

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

I stayed for a night at Seaside Village and absolutely loved it! Super great location. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The front desk was very responsive with any questions I had. Super clean and very well decorated. I highly recommend!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!
