This was our third trip to New Orleans with our kids and Edward's place is by far our favorite house! The location is great - a coffee shop a few houses down, park across the street, a few blocks to Magazine, not too far to St. Charles streetcar, and close enough to Audubon Park for my morning runs. There is so much to do nearby, it's also easy to get around the city via bus or streetcar, and there is plenty of street parking if you have a car. The house is amazing! It's clean, beautiful, and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they've had enough family time. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen/bathroom supplies, etc. We enjoyed the pool and lush backyard space every day (it was quite warm already in March). Edward and David are amazing hosts! Super responsive to any questions, great food suggestions, and made us feel right at home. Book this place! It feels more like staying at a friend's than a typical rental. We hope to come back soon!

My family travels to New Orleans quite frequently, and this is one of the top AirBNBs at which we have stayed. It was spacious and appeared just like the pictures on the website. It is in a great area of town, in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to two grocery stores. The pool was a nice addition and perfect for our 6 yo son. Michael and Marcia were communicative and we were appreciative that they let us check in early on our day of arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This place was exactly as advertised and perfect for 4 days in NOLA with our family representing 3 generations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

Luke’s place was so peaceful quiet and extremely clean. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again.

My children were very happy with everything, and it was just a couple of streets over from our home. Would rent again if occasion arises.

This place is in the perfect location and was perfect for a long weekend. The full kitchen was great and we had plenty of space for 6 people. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay here again.

My wife and I recently visited New Orleans and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Robert's place. The location is really great as well as the condition of the apartment. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and met or exceeded our expectations. We rented a car during our stay and parking on the street was very easy. In short, we would recommend this rental to anyone visiting and found that everything worked well from check-in to check-out.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Tyra reached out as our reservation approached and then sent clear instructions and pictures the day of to explain check in. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet throughout the day and peaceful at night. If you want to walk around and experience uptown/garden district, this location is perfect for local shops and to see local architecture. We appreciated having such a convenient hub for our visit.

very cute place with a lot of NOLA charm which my wife who spent 10+ years in NOLA loved. Tim is very responsive and helped us by setting up a pack n play and a high chair for our little one before we even got there. the place is primely located near magazine street where there are tons of fun places

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

Casey’s place was such a lovely home to return to at the end of hectic New Orleans days. It was quiet and peaceful and so well kept. It’s in a really walkable area with a nearby French pastry place, excellent dining options and just a cool neighborhood feel. It was also really easy to catch rides into downtown, the French Quarter, Bywater, and the garden district. I highly recommend a stay. If I come back to New Orleans, I would love to return to Casey’s place. He was so accommodating of us and I greatly appreciated it.

The house is in a perfect spot to explore the city, walkable to Audubon Park, great restaurants, an amazing local bar, etc. the space itself is just as it looks in the photos, eclectic and fun.

We had a wonderful time they made us feel right at home they was very helpful and quiet we never even knowed they was home we really enjoyed the stay.

The host was perfectly responsive and kind. I think this place has everything you might need. Comfortable bed. Creative use of space in this former shotgun provides so much room. Treacherous stairs for carrying large suitcases so we kept them on main floor. Location is perfection. Stay here!

Great place to stay in New Orleans if you are looking to take a break from the French Quarter. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walkable distance that have a chill vibe or amped up feel. If you’re looking to head to the Quarter, it’s only a short uber ride away! Host was very responsive and gave recommendations for nearby locations. The home itself was very comfortable and came with all the amenities. The bed was also nice and comfy. 10/10, would recommend!
