This lake house was the perfect getaway! The surroundings were absolutely stunning-peaceful, quiet, & surrounded by nature, making it the ideal place to relax & unwind. The house itself was spotless & well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the variety of games available, which made for some really fun nights in. Whether enjoying the scenic views outside or spending time indoors, there was always something to do. Our dogs absolutely loved it, too—they had plenty of space to explore and enjoy the fresh air! The hosts were fantastic—proactive & thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made our stay special. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, & peaceful retreat in nature, this is the place to be. Highly recommend and would love to return!

What a fabulous Airbnb. House was amazing! Clean, comfortable and every amenity that you could need was there. One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. Do not be scared to book this gem! Worth every penny.

Loved staying at the river house! Michael was great- super responsive, very easy directions to find the place. We did a “screen free” long weekend with our 2 kiddos and this place was perfect. Very clean! Had everything we needed - TONS of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen had great stock of cooking supplies, pots, bowls, utensils and spices. Ample laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Kids loved playing on the basketball hoop, using their scooters on the driveway and grilling hotdogs at the fire pit. Kayaks were great- our kids are little so we didn’t get far but they had everything you need- various paddles, life vests and easy set up to get the kayaks down to the dock. Boat slip for kayak was AWESOME!!! Would absolutely stay here again - lots of great memories made playing board games at the kitchen table, cooking delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoying the backyard and river. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private retreat.

This was perfect for our stay! It was extremely clean and tidy. It’s in a beautiful location and the outside looks like a small house even though it’s a double wide.

Williams place was fantastic for our family. It was clean and just the right size for our group of 5, water pressure was strong, kitchen was stocked, and he had a whole cabinet full of games. He spent time on a nice guide that he wrote out. A few of the trails that he recommended, we enjoyed them thoroughly. ! We enjoyed using his kayaks and the fire pit. We visited several springs, which was the purpose of our trip and his place was a great location for that. We went to Royal Springs, Little , and Jennie. We would've gone to Ichetucknee, but it's crazy on a Saturday. We would love to come back ! I recommend that you Bring your bug spray

This home is by far the Pearl of the Suwannee! It has a spectacular view with a beautiful exterior and interior designs. All furnishings and appliances are there and in new condition. This home has everything including watercraft, games, grill, cargo elevator and firepit just to mention a few. Bring your toothbrush and you're set. I've enjoyed the Suwannee River Rest many times and highly recommend it and Capt. Cas is an awesome host!

Forest and Shannon were prompt on the commination. Ours family enjoyed the privacy of the location and the River access!

We had a great stay! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The lake and hammock were beautiful every morning my son and I sat outside listening to the birds, and swang.

The place was just as beautiful as we had hoped. Right on the river. There are neighbors, but you have privacy and your own dock. I didn’t want to leave! The home itself was so cozy! But you’ll definitely be spending most of your time outside! Would absolutely come back!

What a lovely home on the river! The location was perfect. Very private and so peaceful. Would love to stay again in the future and will recommend to anyone who asks. It’s nice to still be near the water and water activities in Florida without having to deal with beach crowds, parking, and sand everywhere.

An Exceptional Stay on the River! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The host truly went above and beyond — from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything felt a step above the usual. The setting by the river was peaceful and beautiful, and having access to the kayaks was a huge bonus. My family and I had such a great time exploring the water and relaxing in the serene surroundings. It was the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and hospitality. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

We booked Jessica's Cabin for our kids who needed shelter from a hurricane. Jessica was extremely responsive to our questions and immediately accepted our request to book her cabin. While we didn't stay in the cabin ourselves, we heard that it was quaint and, given the circumstances, a lovely place to stay.
