首先Jonathan是一个非常热情友好的房东，在门口等待我们进入房源，并且愿意提供帮助。房源的地理位置非常不错，你可以找到人很需要的饭店、便利店、酒吧。步行可达商场。楼下就有租摩托车，会更方便。房源内部安静，没有吵闹声，睡得也非常不错。总之是个完美的房源，完美的房东，感谢Jonathan🫡

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Sam é sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare e a risolvere i piccoli problemi che si possono presentare viaggiando soli,l’appartamento é molto ben disposto e ordinato e la posizione del Residence é la migliore di tutta Pattaya Subito fuori avete diverse bancarelle per street food e ristornati,e anche un 7eleven se volete prepararvi qualcosa a casa (la cucina è provvsadi tutti gli utensili, molte vote negli appartamenti mettono giusto il necessario, qui avrete tutto di tutto) In 10/20 min a piedi sei a Tree town o sul lungomare in 30 min arrivi a Walking street o Soi 6 !! Una posizione migliore di questo residence a mio avviso a Pattaya non esiste! Palestra dispone di tutto il necessario per potersi allenare in potenziamento muscolare oppure in cardio, avendo diversi macchinari! Piscina molto bella e provvista di un buon numero di lettini(cosa da non sottovalutare in Thailandia,molte volte nei residence i lettini non sono sufficienti)! Estremamente consigliato, senza dubbio ritornerò!?

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

J'ai passé quatre jours dans ce logement et je le recommande chaleureusement. Les PLUS - superbe vue du 29ème étage - lit d'excellente qualité - belle baignoire - équipements partagés (belle piscine, salle de billard, table de ping pong) - cuisine fonctionnelle Le (petit) MOINS - une légère odeur dans l'appartement (que l'on oublie toutefois rapidement et que le propriétaire prend soin d'atténuer grâce à des parfums) Bon séjour garanti !!

Excellent Condo!! Clean and spacious. Great location on baht bus route and near many restaurants. Condominium complex has very good facilities. Host was very accommodating letting me check in early. Highly recommend this condo.

C’est la cinquième année que nous louons un appartement dans cette résidence très agréable , calme et située au bord d’une belle plage et la deuxième fois consécutive chez Tanya qui est une propriétaire très efficace et très réactive pour résoudre le moindre problème . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement avec ses deux chambres , ses deux salles de bain et ses deux balcons .

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Bew is very nice. She replied to my messages swiftly. The building was easy to find. The environment is good. There are plenty of facilities eg. restaurants, massage shops, fruits markets, shopping malls, exchange booths, coffee bars, ATM, 711 shops….. , moreover, it’s easy to access walking street for night performances. This was a nice experience. Thank you! See you next time ~

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt. In der Wohnung hat es und an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht vom 21. Stockwerk war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

It was the 3rd time I booked with Yuan and as always the whole experience was great. Room was as described and clean and the conversation with Yuan is always easy and helpful. Looking forward to book again.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Bilder sind auf dem aktuellen Stand und man kann überall gut zu Fuß hin. Der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl lassen einen auch gut produktiv sein.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
