The place was very comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone needing a place to stay in Austin. The apartment was perfect for my two month stay. The apartment complex is safe and close to anywhere you want to go in Austin. If I ever had a problem, I would message Lisa and she would get back to be within 5 mins. I had an amazing stay at Lisa's and could not have asked for a better stay in Austin.

Zac was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions. The condo matched the description. The location is excellent! We would be glad to stay here again.

Aqsa is such an amazing host as it was my very first time in Austin! I booked her place the morning of the day I was flying into Austin hours before, and I’m so glad her place was open to book! She’s very responsive, has great local recommendations, and is a sweetheart!🩷 I only booked for an overnight stay, but I wish I would’ve known I was staying longer just to continue to room here, but it got booked quickly for SXSW lol. Nonetheless, this is an amazing area and I felt safe as a solo woman! I walked to the HEB store which is about a 5 minute walk from the place and there’s a cute hidden restaurant right by the Airbnb. 10/10 will be back!

This was a great stay — you're essentially booking a hotel. Club Wyndham is a hotel in every way except who you reserve through. But expect a hotel front desk, cleaning service as requested, hotel amenities, etc. The location is great — walkable to restaurants and the "lake," but not loud at all. Rooftop pool is really nice. Lots of little extras at the hotel — breakfast on the roof, beer tap in the lobby, and they even gave us a bottle of champagne one night when we got back. It was not difficult at all to decline the "sell" on Club Wyndham generally. "Do you want to know more about Club Wyndham and all it has to offer worldwide?" "No thanks." "Okay, let me know if you change your mind." Just a really good setup all around.

The listing was exactly as advertised: spacious and well-maintained one bedroom apartment with a large kitchen, balcony with a great view, a comfy bed and lots of closet space. The rooftop pool is also enjoyable in nice weather. Our host, Ligia, was very proactive and forthcoming about the listing. She covered everything in advance so that there were no surprises. Check in was easy, and we politely declined the invitation to attend a sales presentation about the timeshare. Ligia also reached out during our stay to make sure everything was okay, which was appreciated but unnecessary (since everything went smoothly). We will definitely use this listing again when we return to Austin.

Close to everything great in ATX and way better than most of the nearby hotels.
