Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

Love being right on the beach. Also loved that the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Great for shell hunting and fishing. The kids loved the sunroom where they could all bunk together. The screened in patio was a life saver when the mosquitos came out. Will be back!

House was fantastic! Great weekend get away with a beautiful view and great amenities and atmosphere. Chris was great and had everything lined out for us. Will be back!

This was really an accommodating stay , the neighborhood is really nice and the house is really clean and spacious. Every restaurant known to man is within a few miles There is an African style zoo just over an hour away with lions, tigers, giraffe and many other animals ZOOSIANA. Awesome movie theater with lounge recliners and a bowling alley not too far neither. Walmart is only a mile away too. It’s only an hour away from the gulf also, (holly beach) you have to ride a car ferry to that particular beach (which was really cool it only cost 1 dollar. No extraordinary American landmarks but for a simple good time it’s great. Also 1 hr away is the regatta , this place is amazing food , drinks and you can eat on an enormous patio I would highly recommend Carlos and his place

Perfect stay for a family visit! The hosts were responsive, friendly, and provided treats for the kids that were definitely appreciated. The townhome was spacious and clean and we’ll certainly be booking with Cade and Lynette again!

This has to be the best home in lake Charles ! It was my first time visiting and staying at this home made me feel right at home. It looks exactly like the picture and the area is very quiet. Next time I visit I’m going to stay here again!

House was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Coffee selection was amazing between coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Check in was a breeze. Overall great place and would stay here again. Close enough to Casinos and restaurants where uber was plentiful and reasonable priced. We enjoyed the blue tooth speaker on the record player. Played music while enjoying appetizers and adult beverages before our concert. Host communicates quickly.

We were in town for business, and this house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, very organized, easy to get to, and close to town. We will be staying here in the future!
