Le bruit doit dehors être réduit au minimum après 23:00 pour respecter les voisins. Inclu internet rapide, bain tourbillon , A/C, poêle à bois, lave-vaisselle, pièces secrètes pour les enfants, télé. Pas de bateaux à moteur sur le lac. $50 de plus pour les chiens, qui doivent être en lesse en raison des cerfs, dindes sauvages.
