One block from house is park with grass area which is also the trailhead to Confluence Park, a beautiful hike along the Virgin river.

Located 5 min from Sand Hollow State Park and our famous sand dunes! where there's off-roading, swimming, fishing, golfing, biking... We are also located about 45 min from Zion National Park. Welcome to the The Studio, a private unit in our renovated 90's prefab house which is a perfect basecamp for all your Zion Adventures (25-30 minutes from Zion's park entrance)!
