The place is very comfortable and spacious, just as displayed in the photos, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The staff is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time at Alejandro's place.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Ein Highlight ist mit Sicherheit der Pool auf dem Dach, in welchem man abends noch schön entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, mit einem Supermarkt, direkt 20m gegenüber. Außerdem ist man genauso schnell am Strand wie im Zentrum von Tulum. Wir würden immer einen Motorroller zur Fortbewegung empfehlen, da die Entfernungen in Tulum insgesamt doch ordentlich sind und man deutlich mehr sehen kann, als wenn man nur mit dem Fahrrad fährt. Das Wichtigste und gleichzeitig Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch der lokale Ansprechpartner Braulio. Er gibt Tipps zu lokalen Highlights wir Restaurants, Bars, Veranstaltungen etc. und ist wirklich immer ansprechbar. Allein durch ihn hat diese Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan nochmal um 3 Tage verlängert und er hat alles unkompliziert und schnell geregelt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Stayed for 2.5 weeks and would definitely come back. There’s room for your scooter to be behind a gate, the balcony and roof are great, inside is clean and simple with plenty to cook with in the kitchen. Also had the option of cleaners and fresh towels/sheets weekly. The neighbors dog gets a little annoying, but all in all great stay.

Très jolie chambre avec belle terrasse, eau chaude !! Tout est en béton ciré très très bien décoré très agréable ! Et WiFi au top, nous recomendons vivement !

Definitely intimate location to stay in, but accessible to restaurants and other nearby attractions. Pool was nice, wish I was there longer to be in the pool longer.

Florent is an excellent host! Very fast to reply to any questions. The space is very cute. I love that you can open the large glass front doors that over look the street and bring the vibes to you. The rooftop is a nice touch. It was fun to sit up there in the evenings with a beer and talk while enjoying the view of Tulum Centro. The apartment is well stocked with anything you need to enjoy a week or a month in town. They provided extra drinking water! which isn't common in our experience. The only thing I feel obligated to mention is the neighbors dogs. unfortunately if you're in the downstairs bedroom the window directly faces 3 or 4 dogs that bark morning, noon, and night. I feel bad mentioning it, we've stayed in Tulum 3 times so I know Centro can be loud, but I feel it would be a disservice to future renters if I didn't at least mention it. My advice is to use the provided Bluetooth speaker and crank some sleep sounds to try to drown them out. Otherwise it was amazing! 5 stars!

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at this place, its truly beautiful and great for a group of people that also want to work from there remotely. Only problem: the internet connection wasnt great all the time, we had some probs with videocalls if it was more than one person at a time. A few things in the apartment were missing (trashbags, cleaning stuff for dishes) (which might have been because we moved in super spontaneously the day of the booking) but were provided after we asked for them. We were able to check in early without any problem. I would recommend renting a car (carrying your suitcases to the house is a lot of work as its not a real street but sandy/stony) and taxi drivers just ask for horrendous prices. If you have a car, its a great area to be in if youre looking for a place to actually spend time in too. Thanks for being so flexible & communicative, would definetely come back!

Excelente lugar, pasamos una estadía tranquila y agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, la casa tal cual la publican muy limpia y ordenada, Claudia siempre estuvo al pendiente y solucionó muy rápido nuestras inquietudes y nos recomendò lugares bonitos ara pasarla bien. En general 10/10.

Nous recommandons vivement de loger à Nahouse. Malgré le quartier en travaux et la route pas encore terminée, les lodges Nahouse sont un très bon cadre pour passer un séjour à Tulum un peu à l’écart du Pueblo. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est très réactif.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Malgré quelques petits désagréments, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et ont toujours pu nous apporter une solution rapidement. Concernant les activités sur place, nous avons là encore été très bien conseillés. La maison est très bien équipée pour passer un incroyable séjour et je recommande vivement cette maison aux futurs touristes de passage sur Tulum !

Jean Paul's condo was a perfect home base for our week-long trip to Tulum. The Xalet community is clean and well-appointed and located (within walking distance) near plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a large supermarket. Most nights we walked into town for dinner at one of the many tasty options nearby. Jonathan at the front desk at Xalet gave us the contact info for a bike rental delivery, but you could also walk across the street or next door -- there's a ton of options around. If you need a taxi, there's usually a handful waiting for their next fare across the street. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm (just make sure the circuit for the water heater is turned on). The blackout shades in the bedroom did their magic and the bed was super comfortable. The two ductless A/C units cool the unit perfectly and quickly. Jean Paul was a great host -- immediately responsive and very helpful. We would love to come stay again sometime.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Guadalupe siempre estuvo atenta a mis preguntas y resolvió los detalles que surgieron con mucha amabilidad. Estoy muy agradecida de haberme quedado ahí, el lugar es acogedor, bonito, práctico y fácil de acceder en todo momento. Muy recomendado :)

Cet appartementa été mon coup de cœur des vacances. Il est parfaitement équipé pour profiter de votre sejour à Tulum. Nous y avons passé des moments paisibles, en famille et avec nos amis. La résidence Amira District est très belle, entièrement sécurisée. Cet appartement en rez-de-chaussée est parfait. Nous sommes au calme et la terrasse nous offre un bel espace de vie exterieur. Nous pouvons profiter des 4 piscines situées sur les rooftop des 4 tours de la résidence, un vrai plaisir et un regal pour observer le coucher de soleil les pieds dans l'eau.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s apartment in Tulum! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Its location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and beaches, making it super convenient to explore the area. Daniel was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on our next trip to Tulum!

Zeker aan te raden! Heel mooi verblijf. Hou er rekening mee dat je hier geen bereik hebt. De wegen zijn erg hobbelig en er is geen Uber. Ik raad aan om scooters of fietsen te huren als je geen auto hebt (indien niet beschikbaar door accomodatie). Eens je de regio wat kent, is het super leuk!
