Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

Lovely spacious, clean apartment with AC and modern furnishings. The host was very responsive and replied to messages very promptly, we were also allowed an extra hour at check out which we really appreciated. Only downside was that the toilet seat was broken and the toilet blocked after first use.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-appointed apartment in Tulum. The space was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The building's amenities-especially the roof deck, pool, and gym-were truly top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: the surrounding roads are unpaved and unlit, so having a vehicle is highly recommended for easy access to town or the beach.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

The space was just what we needed for a group of 4 girls on a trip to Tulum. I would note that there are no sun loungers, so we booked into a nearby hotel rooftop to maximize sun hours, as well as a couple trips to the beach. While there are many areas you can walk to, getting to the main strip at night was a little sketchy. I would recommend having a regular taxi that will respond quickly for pick up and drop off. Otherwise, all other areas in Alda Zama were great, some really great cafes and coffee shops within a 15 min walk.

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.

This was my first time in Tulum, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Both the AC and WiFi worked perfectly. The neighborhood is still developing, so the roads are a bit rough—but not as bad as you'd expect. There were occasional power outages, but they usually resolved within 5 to 40 minutes. The only downside was that the treadmill in the gym wasn’t working. Other than that, the pool was great, we felt completely safe, and having a designated parking spot was a big plus. The host was very responsive and, most importantly, honest. I accidentally left behind a piece of jewelry, and they were kind enough to work with me to make sure I got it back. Truly appreciated that level of integrity and cooperation.

I had a great stay with FiveStar. The communication was always prompt and accurate. The building, room and pool were all clean and quiet. FiveStar helped me with transportation advice and even where to find live music in the area. I would be happy to stay with them again. Thank you for a great trip

Susana’s place was just as expected from the pictures and description. It is a beautiful place that was very clean and had everything we needed. Susana was very easy to communicate with. She was kind and accommodating and responded to all of our questions quickly.

I stayed at Brendon’s incredible property for a birthday celebration, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The home was even more stunning in person—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Brendon and his team went above and beyond, ensuring everything went smoothly even when my flight was delayed. They were highly responsive and coordinated with my group to make sure they were comfortable until I arrived. The location was perfect, with a café just across the street, amazing restaurants within walking distance, and a taco stand just a block away that became a favorite of ours. The two pools on the property were spectacular, offering a luxurious way to unwind. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. Brendon’s exceptional hospitality, the gorgeous home, and the prime location made this experience one of the best getaways I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

Very nice appartement. The bed was very confortable. Great towels. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. Very well decorated. The host is always available if you have a question. The check in is very easy. Hot water for you shower, a great kitchen to cook in, fantastic leaving room and a nice little patio. On site there is bbq area, pools, gym. I definitely will go back and I recommend 💯. Very quiet despite a bit of construction going a few meters. You hear the birds. Really nice place

Ligaya's place is wonderful. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated (no need to take anything off the walls for our stay!), and the condo offers all you need: kitchen, a nice dining room, desks in the bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces. We spent evenings on the roof enjoying the sunset. The complex has two great pools. WiFi is excellent throughout. The location is good -- you can walk to a nice coffee place, and lots of restaurants in town are walkable or bikeable. However, we rented a car, which was probably crucial as it allowed us to access the beach and the town, as well as do day trips to Cobá (must do!) and Valladolid (not touristy). We had a great week and highly recommend Ligaya's place!
