Excelente departamento para familias pequeñas o una pareja. Muy buena ubicación, sector tranquilo y silencioso. Iván es un excelente y preocupado anfitrión, al igual que Patricia.

Todo impecable y bien cuidado, cuenta con una excelente ubicación, al lado del metro y frente al mall plaza egaña además los anfitriones siempre muy preocupados y con un muy buen trato, sin duda volveríamos!

Roberto's apartment was a good find for me. I stayed there for four weeks. It is very well located: there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, and bakeries in the close vicinity. Santa Isabel metro station is 8 minutes away, and bus 422's station is almost in front of the building. Both the city center and Providencia are easily reachable. The apartment is well equipped. The internet connection is very reliable: I was working all the time from the apartment. The bed is comfortable. The views from the apartment are great: you can see the eastern side of the city and the Andes (on a better day, the mountains are especially well visible). Roberto is a great and positive host. He communicated with me regularly and always asked if I needed anything. He also arranged an airport transfer for me, which was very convenient.

Um dos lugares mais completos que já ficamos! Não tivemos que nos preocupar com nada, nossa estadia foi super tranquila. Obrigada por nos receber, Arturo!

Mon fils a passé cinq mois dans ce confortable appartement. L’emplacement était excellent pour visiter la ville et aussi pour les besoins de la vie courante. Le quartier est sécuritaire. Les communications avec Stefan étaient facile et il était disponible pour répondre aux questions. Je recommande cet appartement.

L’appartement ressemble à une suite d’hôtel, c’est parfait pour y passer quelques jours. Il y avait beaucoup de choses à disposition, c’était très agréable. (Café, eau, serviettes…) Le rooftop avec piscine offre une vue incroyable sur toute la ville ! Le seul bémol de mon séjour a été de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la laverie dans l’immeuble car il faut être Chilien pour l’utiliser L’application.

Segunda vez que rento y simplemente excelente, muy céntrico, muchas actividades cerca, solo el detalle de un poco de ruido exterior por el barrio pero nada que no se pueda descansar.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago

Our family had a very pleasant experience with the hosts (Jayme and Rosa). They were waiting for us at the house and showed us everything. The house was clean, and the large yard was well kept, with fruit trees (apricot, plum, among others). The most important point was the hospitality. We did not have a car for the first few days, and Mr. Jaime went to the supermarket with us. The next day we had to go to the airport, and again he took us there generously. We have a lot to thank this couple of friends.

This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!
