Nette kleine Wohnung und für den Preis von 75€ die Nacht absolut fair. Lage ist klasse. Der Strand ist sehr schön, allerdings nicht so groß für die vielen Hotels. Das Babybett hat wunderbar ins Schlafzimmer gepasst. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse.

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Unser Aufenthalt bei Dora war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Strand unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Dora war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns flexibel hat einchecken lassen, stets freundlich war und uns mit guten Empfehlungen ausgeholfen hat. Jederzeit wieder.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Die Unterkunft, ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Balkon ist charmant und man ht den direkten Blick auf das Meer und man hört schön das Rauschen der Wellen.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

appartamento perfetto e pulito, luogo comodo con vista super, marco e martin gentilissimi. l unica pecca per essere precisi, aggiungete un televisore almeno per guardare qualche notiziario alla sera! per il resto nulla da dire.

Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super nettes Haus mit allem was man braucht, großer Garten mit Obstbäumen und totaler Ruhe! Schöner Strand in Gehweite und auch einige gute Restaurants! Pier war sehr hilfreich und stets super schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser und seine sehr liebe Mutter ist gleich gekommen und hat das Problem behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Casa molto ben fornita e in posizione ottima. La spiaggia di Salina Bamba è a pochi passi mentre altre bellissime spiagge sono raggiungibili con brevi camminate. Dal salotto abbiamo potuto godere non solo di una vista sul mare ma anche su fenicotteri. L'host Maurizio è stato davvero molto gentile e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. Speriamo di poterci ritornare!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Momemt an sehr wohl gfühlt. Anita war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannnten Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Anita hat uns sogar für die Ankunft das erste Getränk kalt gestellt :-) Es war auch mega toll das wir gleich nach der Ankunft ( Vormittags gegen 12.30) schon einchecken durften. Somit konnten wir den eraten Tag ohne Verzögerungen starten. Vielen lieben Dank Anita für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit, dein ansteckendes Lächeln und deine superschnelle Unterstützung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Volle 5 Sterne!!

Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.
