THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

Excelente casa, muy lujosa espacio muy grande para las personas que íbamos todas las comodidades necesarias, parrilla para hacer carne asada o algo más, alberca limpia casa limpia, todo a la mano en una privada muy tranquila, sin duda alguna regresaría. Los dueños muy amables desde el chek in hasta el chek out. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad. En su casa tan bonita.

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Excelente lugar y anfitrion! Asael me ayudo en varias ocasiones y siempre estaba disponible para ayudar y responder cualquier duda, es empatico y profesional a la vez. En cuanto al apartmento y residencial es central, comodo, tranquilo y organizado. Lo recomiendo y volveria a este hogar de nuevo.

Estuvimos 3 noches alojados en el apartamento de Arturo. Es un lugar amplio y muy bello. Quedamos enamorados con su patio y la gran vista. Se encuentra ubicado a poca distancia de la playa Dominicus. Tanto Arturo como su madre nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, ellos son muy buenas personas que facilitarán todo lo que esté a su alcance para que tus vacaciones sean perfectas. En nuestro regreso a Dominicus no dudaremos en quedarnos nuevamente en el apartamento de Arturo. Muchas gracias por todo.

El espacio queda en un sector exclusivo de Cap Cana, el apartamento es cómodo y sencillo para lo que necesitamos, tiene una hermosa piscina, las camas son cómodas y baños espaciosos, mi único pero es el mobiliario que está algo viejo, yo lo modificarìa y cambiaría el sofá cama que se ve viejo. La atención con Jesús fue muy buena, lo recomendaría 100% Gracias Jesús

Mi experiencia fue increíble. El apartamento es lo más top: moderno, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta y el anfitrión muy atento y servicial. Todo es demasiado bello y espectacular. Sin duda, un lugar 5 estrellas que recomiendo al 100%. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!🤩🤩

One of the nicest listings inside Cap Cana. Clean, comfortable apartment with a great balcony and every amenity a guest might need. Nikolas was very nice and responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Lenny’s place. We had been to the Tracadero previously on a day pass and were excited to return and Lenny’s place did not disappoint. The property and grounds are stunning. Lush gardens and greenery throughout the complex. The unit itself is wonderful. It’s laid out well and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom itself is dark and quiet for a great sleep. We used the back patio multiple times a day. Very private and quiet back there with views. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast daily and eat on the patio. The resort itself was not very busy so we had no issues getting chairs. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and for lunch we usually grabbed a pizza from the restaurant on site. Our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before we were supposed to leave and Lenny was able to work around our new arrival time. She also answered various questions before we left. We’d love to return to Lenny’s place.

We checked in at night so it was difficult to find our building by name. It took us 30 mins to find our room. I recommend offering a map of the buildings to give better direction. That was our ONLY struggle. We absolutely enjoyed the place and will likely stay again next time we visit DR. The condo is very roomy and included all necessities needed for our week long stay. We opted for this condo near the all inclusive resort because we had the option to upgrade for $50 a day per person for the all -inclusive food and drink add-on. This felt absolutely worth it, and we took advantage of this for several days. Go to their front desk for this option and you'll get a daily bracelet. The beach was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The service was phenomenal! I recommend taking plenty of singles for tips. The ATM has a hefty fee plus our credit card company added another large fee. If you're staying at Golf Condo like we did, you'll want to have tip for cart drivers, unless you walk each time.

Estuve con mi familia y fueron unos días maravillosos, el apartamento está tal cual se muestra en las fotos, súper cómodo y de fácil acceso , un lugar tranquilo y privado, todo ordenado y limpio y tiene una decoración muy hermosa y con muchos detalles...NOS ENCANTO! Muy buena comunicación por parte de su anfitrión. Definitivamente volvemos muy pronto!

El apartamento está bien ubicado, además muy preocupados por que tu estadía sea la más cómoda. El departamento súper limpio y muy bien decorado. Lo recomiendo

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.
