Friendly and helpful host! Although the check-in location is quite a distance from the accommodation, a free shuttle bus is provided. The room and bathroom are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. There’s also a convenience store within walking distance, which was very convenient. We would stay here again if we’re in Kyoto! ❤️

The place surpassed my expectations. It felt more like a condo than a hotel. The room was large and very comfortable; it would be great for a family or friends trip. It’s right across the street from a grocery store and convenience stores. The bus stop is right outside making it easy to get to other parts of Kyoto. I would definitely come back again!

Very clean and looks exactly as advertised. The location is very convenient. The local bus literally stops in front of the rental place. We just ride the local bus the whole time unless our itinerary requires a subway then just uber/taxi to stations with our luggages.

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

El apartamento estaba muy bien, tenía todas las comodidades. Tuvo los detalles de dejarnos café, cepillo de dientes y jabones. Está cerca de un centro comercial y de varios pequeños. Supermercados. A 15 minutos andando de una estación que en dos paradas te deja el centro de Kioto. Yo volvería a este apartamento. !

立地もとてもいいところにあり、お寺や神社を回るにはとても良かったです。 近くに水族館があったので急遽１８時３０から行くことになりました。 部屋も広くてとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。 また、近くに伺った時は活用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

今回2度目利用でした。お部屋は新しく、特に寝具と水回りは清潔で快適でした。自家用車での訪問でしたが、敷地内の駐車場を手配してくださったので荷物の搬出入や出かける時にとても助かります。建物が新しいだけでなく、きれいにメンテされているのがよく伝わってオーナーさんの心遣いを感じます。今回は3人での利用で特段不便は感じませんでしたが、こちらのお部屋タイプは2人で利用するのであれば広さ的に十分だと思います。こちらの場所は大通りから少しはいったところにあり夜は静かで、車であればどこへでもすぐでられますのでお勧めです。また京都へ行く機会がありましたらお伺いしたいお部屋です。

Quiet and private resident just outside of city center. Helpful and responsive host.

The stay was very cozy and comfy. the entire house is well planned while also being cultural due to the Tatami room. They have lots of spaces and doors to help in segregation of space when staying with multiple people. Geeat place for the money!

Vše ok, hezké ubytování, spaní na zemi byl pro mne trochu nezvyk, jsem zvyklý na tlustou matraci. Pobyt jsme si užili ☺️

Good location near the Nijo castle with only a short walk to buses. The room was generous in size. It would have been nice to have a washing machine/dryer in the room as the room had everything else we needed. It was more of an apartment than just a hotel room. The check in process requires you to cross the road from the Kyoto rail station and go up an elevator. So be ready for that. The staff were very friendly and were very accommodating in managing our luggage.

Excellent location for Shin-Osaka station, literally couldn’t be closer to the East exit right accross the street. There is a family mart a couple of doors down and a few restaurants next door, we stayed because of location to Shinkansen and ability to get to Kyoto and Nara as well as to Tokyo, didn’t take long to get into centre of Osaka on metro. There is a Yamato office on the street which we used to receive our luggage from Tokyo airport and ship it back to Tokyo. Apartment equipped with all the amenities you would need for a short stay, building is safe and secure. The window was a bit of a concern for me having 2 small children, apartment was on a high floor and the window opens with a sheer drop, no safety mechanism but I think that’s probably normal for apartments like this. The communication from the host was super fast and excellent. If you are using the apartment as a base and somewhere to sleep then we definitely recommend.

I only stayed here for one night, neede a place on the fly when I changed my plans. I will be saving this room, it was so comfortable and it was in a great location. I was solo traveling but if you have two people the bathroom is big enough to get ready in (won’t feel cramped). Right above a good sandwich place. Saved the sandwich for the next day to cover breakfast before I started my day trip. Overall really a great place in a busy location (Near Nishiki Market).
