We spent 10 nights and feel like we’re home, there is everything we need especially kitchenware which is satisfactory for us who cooks every meals. The place is peaceful, no noise even during festivals but feels safe. The actual home and the photos are accurate, the items listing in the page, it’s all there and well functioning. The host responded quickly. I’ll definitely book again and highly recommended :)

This is the perfect house for a family or for digital nomads who want to spend time in comfort with top notch super fast internet. The house has many rooms which serve as separate spaces for parallel conversations. For the kids, there are plenty of surprises that will keep them busy. The washing machine is super useful. Although it's not in the very center of the city, it's not too far from the main tourist area and in the adjacent street there are plenty of eateries that open at night. Peethakorn is super responsive and helpful and we had a splendid time at his place.

Thanaporn hat nicht nur eine besondere Beziehung zur kulniarischen Gestaltung von tollen Speisen. Auch Ihre besondere Liebe zu Blumen und Bepflanzung zeigt sich in den Details auch zu den Speisen im Restaurant, im Garten des Restaurants, in den Willkommens Grüssen im Appartement. Das über 2 Ebenen ansprechend gestaltete Appartement mit Goldfischteich auf dem grossen Dachbalkon bietet viel Besonderes, was über den Umstand hinweg hilft, dass wo in Thailand Bepflanzung ist, nachts auch Mücken sind. Das Appartement hat eine hervorragende Lage, durch den See und Park über die Strasse, mit toller Möglichkeit zu joggen, Rad zu fahren, was für seine Fitness in den Morgen- und Abendstunden zu tun.

It's a nice place. A bit far away from the centre, which can be appealing if you want more privacy. The area is very local. The place is nice.

The Condo was as described and everything worked. Gale's communications were very good and clear.

Warisa's condo is perfectly located in the city centre close to the fantastic restaurant and shopping area with its great atmosphere. Ideal for holiday as well as a work stay.

As soon as I arrived at Mint’s place I was greeted with a big smile , once Mint opened the day of the apartment I was the one wearing the big smile ,, everything was exactly as pictured / described !! The apartment was a great size , tastefully decorated , every room spotlessly clean … I stayed for 9 days I think , my only regret was not finding this gem of an apartment earlier in my holiday !! Great apartment, great host , great value !!! Thank you Mint ,, I will 101% be back !! 🤗👌🏻👌🏻
