We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old. She loved playing on the balcony, the large bathtub, and having a separate room for her away from the living area was so nice. It felt very safe and child friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach but we rented a car and I suggest that for getting out and about easier. The pool wasn’t actually open yet so that was a disappointment and there is also a large construction project happening at the back of the building. This didn’t ruin our trip but if we had not brought our sound machine for our toddler’s day nap, it would have been difficult. You could not hear the construction from the main living area, only the bedroom so it was still peaceful. We would 100% stay here again. We were sad to leave!

I was just passing through Okinawa, but I had a great stay and really felt comfortable and safe at Upi’s. I’d definitely return in the future.

great place to stay, really near to the main shopping street

コンパクトで清潔、利便性もいい上、価格もお手頃。調理器具も一通り揃っており、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。洗濯機と乾燥機もあるので長期滞在にも最適。1人での沖縄滞在にぴったりの場所でした。マイナスをつける点が特に見当たりません。また沖縄に行く際はぜひ利用させていただきます。本当にありがとうございました。

친구네 아이들과 다같이 갔는데 욕실2개 화장실 2개 너무 좋았고 방도 두개에 거실도 넓어서 다같이 잘수 있어요 좋았어요

スーパーマーケットやドラッグストアも隣接しており便利です。駐車場も有料ですが有ります。駐車場は奥が狭いため大型の車は事前に連絡したほうが良さそうです。駐車場の入口側はスペースに余裕が有りそうでした。有人チェックイン。鍵を受け取ります。写真どおり部屋は清潔で整頓されています。ガス乾燥機があるので小まめに洗濯ができ助かりました。トイレはお風呂とは別で独立しています。お風呂は浴槽と洗い場があり広く使えます。沖縄南部での宿泊を予定するのであれば、また利用したいと思います。値段はとてもリーズナブルです。しかし、それ以上の価値はあると思いました。お勧めします。

The room was great for a sole traveler. It is far from Naha city but just one bus away. There are many shops and places to eat around.

This space was a great home away from home. I stayed for about two weeks, and I felt very comfortable moving around the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I would highly suggest this rental if you do or do not have a vehicle and desire to have access to other popular destinations on southern Naha. It is a little bit away from Naha (the neighborhood) but commuting by bus worked out well for me (going to Naha wasn't a problem via bus, and the 50 bus was the most consistent when heading back to the rental. Just be mindful of the times for the last bus).

This is my second stay at this place. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay and felt at home. It was very clean and comfortable.

同じ設備の綺麗さ、使いやすさで、おもろまち等の市街地のホテルに泊まろうと思うと、軽く15000円/1泊は超えます。 このお値段で、この部屋の綺麗さ・周辺環境の静かさ・設備の良さは特筆すべき良さですね。 部屋の鍵はディンプルキーでオートロックのため、セキュリティも問題なく、 部屋のテレビはスマートTVでnetflix等見ることも出来ます。 また、部屋の中に、洗濯機・乾燥機もあり、連泊にはとてもありがたい。 建物の眼の前に大きなドラッグストアがあり、多少必要物があってもすぐに調達出来ます。 駐車場も1泊500円でとてもありがたい。 長期連泊する際には、何度もお世話になると思います。
