güzel konaklamaydı Arzu hanım ilgiliydi fakat evde kötü bir koku vardı ve eşyalar çok eskiydi.

Murat Bey gayet ilgiliydi. Konaklama gayet keyifliydi.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home. Caner was very responsive and helpful during the whole process, and the apartment was excellent as listed and in a great area in Esenyurt that is walkable, close to grocery stores, and in a vibrant and busy area.

Everything was fine. Good location. Near to the metro.

اول شي اشكر الاستاذ خالد على استقباله لنا ورحابة صدره السكن جدا هادئ ومميز سكنا في الطابق 16 اول يومين بعدها تاذينا من جارنا بضرب الجدار كذا مره ينبهنا ان لا نتكلم داخل الغرفة وهذا الشي ضايقني لان العمارة كاملة ليس بها عوازل فتحدثت مع الاستاذ خالد وشرحت له اللي صار وكان جدا جدا جدا متفهم معي وقالي جهز اغراضك خلال نص ساعة انقلك شقة في نفس الطابق وافضل من اللي انت فيها الان لا من ناحية اثاث جديد ولا من ناحية راحة لنا داخل مسكنا واستمتعنا بااسبوع كامل بدون اي ازعاجات . شكرا للاستاذ خالد على بشاشته ورقي في التعامل انسان جدا متفهم وراحة النزيل عنده اهم شي وان شاءلله راح اتعامل معاه في المستقبل

Everything was excellent. I made several different requests, like extra blankets and tissues, and each time they provided them quickly and without any issues. No matter what time of day or night I sent a message, they always responded very quickly, politely, and with a positive attitude. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will definitely book this place again.

This apartment was just what we were looking for - cozy, clean, and in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze, and from the start, everything felt smooth and easy. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. It made our stay super convenient. What really stood out, though, was Khaled’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. It’s clear he really cares about his guests having a great experience. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in Istanbul!

The apartment was nice and the area has many nice restaurants and facilities I have enjoyed staying at this place.

Мой отпуск прошел отлично . И эта квартира этому способствовала . Квартира была очень просторная чистая без посторонних запахов . Были полотенца для гостей . На кухне есть посуда ,микроволновка, духовка,чайник , большой холодильник. Отличная шумоизоляция окон . И вообще квартира расположена в тихом арене . Метро и автобусная станция - недалеко.

Ev sahibi nazik, yardımseverdi, ön açıklamaları yeterliydi, sorulamıza hızlı dönüş sağladı. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Daire temizliği yeterliydi, rahatsız edici bir durum görmedik. Site etrafında her türlü yeme içme, market ihtiyacına yönelik işyerleri mevcuttu. Metro istasyonuna çok yakındı, Ataköy'den Marmaray, Yenbosna'dan metro aktarması, Mall Of İstanbul Avm'ye ulaşım imkanı ile metro ulaşımı çok rahattı,özel aracımızı kullanma ihtiyacı bile duymadık.

Konaklamamız gerçekten mükemmeldi! Ev ilan edildiği gibi hatta daha da güzeldi. Son derece temiz, konforlu ve özenle düzenlenmişti. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüş, mutfakta gerekli tüm ekipmanlar vardı ve yataklar oldukça rahattı. Konum olarak da harika bir yerdeydi; ulaşım kolaydı ve çevrede birçok olanak mevcuttu. Ev sahibimiz çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve konaklamamızın sorunsuz geçmesi için elinden geleni yaptı. Burada kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Eğer tekrar bu bölgeye gelirsek, kesinlikle yine burada kalmak isteriz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Ok firstly the contact we had was amazing we were not let down once and no responses were delayed at all they must have a great team . The check in was smooth and all instructions were given clearly . When we entered felt amazing the interior was beautiful I love how they designed it the view was amazing to wake up to , beautiful home for a family .

Ev küçük ama pratikti, 2+1 de kaldık 18 kat. İkea tarzı ev olduğundan norveç deki günlerime anımsatı. Manzarası inanılmazdı. Isısı çok iyiydi. Kapalı otoparkdan direk asansör ile daire katına çıkışıyorsun. Migros jet, Starbucks ve Eczane dininde. Metro M9 direk kapıda nerdeyse. Ordan yeni bosna veya Ataköy duraklarından heryere geçebiliyorsun. Mesela Aksaray/yeni kapı 30/40 dakika. Evde mutfak ve ekip manları olması harikaydı. Fırında pizza, mini börek gibi pratik atıştırmalıklat için kulanışlı. Ama getirden de kapına sipariş verebilirsin. Kısacası istanbul merkeze kolay ulaşımlı, güvenli bir residence da ev konforunda kalmak isteyen herkeze tavsiye edebilirim.
