Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. The idea is to rent out the most beautiful room of my elegant apartment when I’m not in the city. My plans may change last minute and be at home, but anyway there would be plenty of space for both. I am a musician; I surround myself with beauty and order, and it helps me create, so my home is an oasis of peace :) There are all the comforts, even the Japanese toilet :) It is on the top floor with an elevator, and from above there is a breathtaking view of the historic Frankfurter Tor area.

Mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. U7 Yorckstraße, S1, S2 und S75. Ca 120qm Wohnfläche. Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Park und der belebte Bergmannstraßen-Kiez sind jeweils ca 1 km entfernt. Der große Park am Gleisddreieck grenzt direkt an das Haus.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.
