We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ranjit (The manager) was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Dilip (The cook) prepared delicious meals that made our stay even more special, and Sundaraja (the security guard) was always present, making us feel safe and at ease. A truly wonderful experience—I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

Wonderful place. I have stayed in many AirBnbs and I have to say this was one of the best ones. Location was perfect, away from city hustle but not too far also. Positioning of this house is just perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting in the garden to see sunrise right in front of us from behind the hills. House is big and was clean and best part is it is full of all amenities, kitchen was fully loaded with what you might need. Caretaker was there for anything and everything. Tea and snacks on demand anytime. We are not the people who generally go out for sight seeing etc and so this place was just perfect for us. Good view and fully relaxed vacation. One thing I would say is that the pictures uploaded on Airbnb dont do justice with the actual experience. Actually its much better (honestly I was skeptical before reaching there). Rates are slightly on the higher side, I would say. But we found it worth it. No regrets. Full 5 star.

If you haven’t seen heaven on earth, you gotta check out this property. It overlooks a lake, peaceful, away from any commotion… just a perfect getaway. I was there during Monsoons and what views we got! I quite loved the food too,, the property is self sufficient. Anything that was not there was attended to promptly, so overall me and my family loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you Sree and team for your hospitality

Great place with a beautiful location—though the last 200 meters can be a bit of a challenge due to the road condition. The caretakers were warm and hospitable, and the food they prepared and served was delicious. Rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained. Just a heads-up: the caretakers stay on the property during your stay.

It’s a beautiful property with a gorgeous sunrise view from the balconies and patio! It’s maintained extremely well and the house was spotless. The caretakers were very helpful with recommendations and prepared delicious homely meals for us.

It was an excellent stay for our family’s vacation at Ooty. Villa was easy to find out. It’s located in a calm neighbourhood. Arun, the caretaker was available for all the help right from the time we booked the place. It was a wonderful stay that we would cherish in our memories. Villa is loaded with amenities. Everything you need for a vacation stay at a hill station like room heaters, fully equipped kitchen and what not. I liked the scenic view from the terrace of the building. All thanks to Prem who was kind enough to list this property in Airbnb and provided guidance right from the enquiry before booking and throughout the whole stay. He was constantly in touch and has always cared about our wellbeing. I would definitely book this villa next time when I visit Ooty.

The place is exactly as seen in the photos, nothing is amiss. Great location, very peaceful and lots of open spaces. We had few kids, they enjoyed the space and the unintruded space. The food was tasty and exactly as we required. Ganesh is a very friendly host and has supporting staff who are as friendly and supportive. The place is very nice made and has a very beautiful garden with lovely flowers. Ganesh has gone lengths to ensure the place is very well arranged and clean. He made sure we felt very comfortable and cozy. Definitely going to visit many more times!!

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

I visited wayanad with my colleagues and stayed at brookview villa for 2 nights. Ambience - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Amenities - 5/5 Hygiene - 4.5/5 We had booked the entire villa. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Francis and Sanjay provided a great service and were just a phone call away. Syam was a great host and answered all pre-booking queries politely and swiftly. Small brook just outside the villa was the main highlight and you can enter the brook and enjoy in the water. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Great place to visit with your friends or family or colleague and you can easily spend a day here without going anywhere. There is a in-house restaurant which serves limited menu but has tasty food. As the place is a little secluded, there are not many restaurants and you will have to go to sultan bathery to have decent food if you choose to eat outside. Thank you Syam, Francis and Sanjay for hosting us. We will denitely visit you again.

Dileep & Amal were great right from the time we stepped into the resort. We had asked Dileep to make dhal kichidi (which to many of us sounds simple). He had never made it, he searched the recipe on Google and made it for us. This is called true customer service and being vegetarians, we loved the food that he made and we spent all the time inside the resort relaxing. Shyam called us one day before and made sure he sent the contacts of his team in the resort.

Hands down the best AirBnB that I have stayed in India. Every detail is so tastefully done that it accentuates the natural beauty that surrounds this place. No picture can do justice to the beauty of this location. Situated equidistant to both Conoor and Ooty, this place is ideal who want to cover both places in a span of 3-4 days. To top it all up, Simple is an extremely gracious and kind host. She provided us with all instructions and recommendations the moment we made the booking. She also helped us get in touch with a very nice driver who helped us in getting to the location from Coimbatore and local sightseeing. We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary and she went above and beyond to arrange the best tasting cake for us despite all hassles. All in all, this Ooty & Conoor experience wouldn't have been 10% of what it was had it not been for Simple, Rakesh, and her staff. 11/10 and highly recommend. Cheers, M
