We enjoyed our stay and this was perfectly located for our visit to Plymouth. Will stay here again when we visit again!

Three of us visiting family. Tom’s place was VERY comfortable. Each had our own room. Comfortable beds. The apartment had everything we needed. Everything easy to find. Lovely location by the river. Will definitely book again next time we visit.

What a lovely place! Spotlessly clean and an excellent value, Mark's guest suite had great parking and was very private from the rest of the family. And the deck overlooking the river had a peaceful view of the St. Joe River. He took good care of us.

Will definitely be staying in the future again! Highly recommend

Host was very responsive and flexible. She provided extra cookware that I needed and answered every request quickly and positively. The place is set back from the road in a very peaceful setting. I saw lots of wildlife while there in below freezing weather. I stayed warm and comfortable with plenty of streaming to watch while cooking up a storm. I will definitely try to return when in the area!

I stay at this Airbnb every time I’m in South Bend — as long as it’s available! It’s always super clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. The location is perfect, right in downtown South Bend, with an awesome view of the city. The hosts are great and make everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a smooth, enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend it if you’re heading to the area!

Faye’s communications and instructions were perfect. The place is in the basement of their home but it’s very private and it’s on a neat river. They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and even gave us a $10 off coupon for a local breakfast place. Highly recommend this place, especially in the summer since it’s on the river.

If you’re looking for a place for the whole group to stay together and have some fun - look no further! The house itself was better in-person than the photos and was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the main level is a great hang out area for everyone. We had so much fun in the game garage and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s close to proximity to everything, including a great relaxed restaurant on the water next door. Jeremy and Houston were very responsive and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Can’t wait to book another trip soon!

Me & my family stayed at Joe's place during the weekend of my sons college graduation. The home was lovely & spacious for our group. I would recommend it to anyone.

We came for a stay with extended family including children from baby-teen. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we loved being right on the canal and the hot tub. The game room was fun for all ages and we appreciated the items for baby. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. Thanks for a relaxing getaway!
