Je connais la résidence mais c'est la première fois que je loge dans l'appartement de Nour. Merci beaucoup Nour pour votre accueil très chaleureux . Lappart' est nickel, conforme à la description, même mieux .le linge prpore et la situation super. You made my trip in nice so nice ;) Je recommande vivement

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

J'ai passé un séjour conforme à ce que je souhaitais calme et paisible. Mehdi était à l'écoute de très bon conseil Avant d'arriver il m'a fait une petite visite et là au supermarché pour que je puisse faire mes courses je l'en remercie beaucoup je recommande les yeux fermés... Et je reviendrai ...

Mohamed est un hôte à l’écoute il nous a tout détaillé et la manipulation de la maison intelligente était facile . L’emplacement était idéal pour nous et tout ce dont on avait besoin était à proximité. On recommande bien l’appartement et l’hôte.

Un hote et un appartement que nous apprécions particulièrement pour l'avoir réservé plusieurs fois, je recommande vivement.

bellissimo alloggio, molto moderno e ben servito. la zona è molto tranquilla e a soli 5 minuti da sidi bou said e marsa la plage. consiglio vivamente poiché per una famiglia da 4/5 persone può essere una soluzione perfetta, vista anche la presenza di due bagni (uno di servizio) eric è stato molto disponibile e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. grazie ancora!

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! Tout est impeccable, notamment grâce à la femme de ménage qui fait un travail remarquable. L’espace est bien équipé, rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Sabrine est une hôte extraordinaire : elle répond à tous mes messages, peu importe l’heure, et se montre toujours disponible pour satisfaire mes demandes. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux accueil ! 5 étoiles méritées.

The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—including a well-stocked kitchen that made us feel right at home. From the moment we booked, Emna was incredibly kind, professional, and impressively responsive. Communication was smooth and effortless, and she went above and beyond by providing a baby bed for our 2-year-old, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The building staff, Mohamed, was always friendly, respectful, and ready to assist. We were so impressed by the comfort and hospitality that we extended our stay without a second thought. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, vraiment rien à dire mise à part que le jacuzzi ne marchait pas mais c’est pas grave, nous pouvons quand même faire un bain lol L’endroit où est situé l’appartement et proche de la corniche, Sidi Bou Said, à 10 minutes de Tunis centre en taxi L’hôte était extrêmement réactif Vraiment rien à dire au moindre soucis il répondait et réglais le problème l’appartement est super grand bien. Équipé bien décoré aussi merci encore pour votre accueil c’est sûr qu’on reviendra, nous passerons par votre entreprise

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le logement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir faire des activités. Et l’hôte est très réactif au moindre question, je recommande vraiment ce logement.
