Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

The picturesque Zaanse Schans windmills is 20 mins walk. Free parking on street and lots of wonderful visiting destinations close by. Preference for family’s with children. Spaceous room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower cabine and washing machine. Well isolated, perfect for musicians , comes standard with acoustic piano and a Vintage record player with some old vinyls & Netflix on the TV. Nearby are several supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and railway station 15 minutes walk through historical centre. Takes 12 minutes by train from Zaandam to Amsterdam central, and 10 minutes to the historic windmills at Zaanse Schans.

Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer met uitzicht op het water, mooie keuken, badkamer en een slaapkamer met een 2 persoons bed, 1 persoons bed en er is een stretcher voor een eventuele extra gast. . Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping wat toegankelijk is met een trap er is geen lift aanwezig. Er is een Frans balkon dat uitzicht geeft over het water.

This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome
