We absolutely LOVED this property. The a space was perfect for a quiet few days to begin our first ever trip to the region. The restaurants in the area were perfect for our evening meals and we were able to grab groceries at the market up the street (walking distance) for breakfasts and lunches. We ordered an Uber for a day in Old Town Dubrovnik and it was closer than we thought. The walk to the beach helped us get our steps in. The views were spectacular. I can’t say enough to capture the essence of this space. Our favorite pieces were the private hot tub and the outdoor fire place. Thank you!!!💗

We had a great stay with a family of 6, with one toddler. You have a nice view over the sea from the garden. Cavtat is close, but walkable I'd say. It's only a few minutes by car. Also Dubrovnik is a very doable drive. You have space to park in front of the house for free which is nice. Overall we had a very nice stay here.

Fantatisk sted. Svært hyggelige folk som ønsket oss velkommen og vi fikk også både pannekaker og noe fisk av dem. Jeg og mine tre sønner storkoste oss i hagen. Anbefaler det på det sterkeste til andre reisende.

We had a very good experience staying at this apartment. It was clean and functional, offering all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. However, it’s a bit far from the city center, so having a car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby. A few amenities like soap and a hairdryer were missing, but I’m sure if we had asked Niko, he would have provided them. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment. We were met by the owner nearby who was very hospitable and helped with our luggage to the property. The location was ideal, a minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars. It was clean well presented and the outdoor seating area was fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was perfect and was spotless with amazing views and well equipped with everything we needed. The location at the top of Cavtat was great, we hired a car with Sixt super easy and Ane’s place is close to the main highway and close to the town with lots of restaurants and the supermarket just around the corner was very handy too. The pool, hot tub and sauna were available throughout our stay and we used the outside kitchen area which was great too with a roof terrace above perfect for an early morning coffee or sunset drink. We loved our stay! Ane was very helpful and responsive especially as we booked very last minute.

Препоръчвам ! Апартамента е комфортен и блести от чистота. На една минута пеш от автобус за Дубровник. Посрещна ни лично много любезен домакин. Въпреки , че е на много натоварен път, апартамента е добре шумоизолиран и се наспахме много добре в удобно легло. Наблизо е прекрасното градче Cavtat с много ресторанти и красив залив .

My husband and I have just returned home after a wonderful stay in Cavtat. We looked at Ivo's apartment and decided to book after a great responce from him via messenger. We were not disappointed at all. Everything was just perfect. It was so spacious, clean and the beds were huge! Due to a late flight we did not manage to get any food before we got there but we were welcomed with a wonderful meat platter warm bread, bottle of wine and a few beers. This was such a lovely touch. Ivo explained everything to us from the water taxi over to Dubrovnik to the excursions he would recommend and the cost. Nothing was to much and if we had any questions we could ring him. All in all great location , great host great mini break. We will be returning.
