The place is located in, lets say, a village 25kms from somwarpet which is the closest town. So if you are looking for a luxurious stay, this may not be it. Bt the location is amazing, surrounded my mountains. The homestay was very comfortable. Extremely neat and clean. The host / caretaker, was extremely helpful. Always available for any queries or help. They served us with very homely / delicious food.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Asokan's home. The property has all the amenities and services as mentioned in the description. The host Asokan was always responsive and helped us in covering all the places mentioned in our wish list. The property is in a quite neighborhood and at the same time very near to the town centre and major temples. We felt we are at our home. The host was organized, easy to communicate and cared for our well being. Highly recommended place for stay and this will be our choice for future as well.

My family of four had a great time at Anjali's place. She had stocked a lot of groceries for us to use. all amenities are in good working condition. The house and the garden are lovely!!! The house is close to the beach too! We did meet a few lizards and spiders in the house, but the host had kept a herbal repellant that helped greatly. Overall loved our stay and would recommend the place to my friends.

It was a great stay for me and my family. The location is right at the Madikeri Bangalore highway and slightly inside the road which made it perfect peaceful surroundings. The view from large balcony is mesmerizing with misty mountains at far sights. All the items in the descriptions are present in working condition and house is very clean. Peaceful surrounding helped us sound sleep. And last but not least, Indrajith is truely super host, and his parents took care of us like their family members. We loved this place and definitely considere it for our future trips.

It was a wonderful 3 day stay at Nila Paithal. The place was as it is seen in the photos. Very scenic and beautiful! The caretaker Manoj was very helpful, and made very yummy food as well! My kids loved the butter chicken and would recommend it to everyone! Well suited for people aiming to be in the midst of nature away from the city's hustle..

I was there with my family and a pet . The moment we reached we felt right at home the place was spotless and had lots of fun activities to do. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday. The caretakers and the cook were very helpful and made us feel comfortable every second. The food cooked was fresh and very tasty. Neesha was in touch with us and helped us with clear instructions A special thanks to the owners for the beautiful Christmas decorations and the pudding. Our pet was very happy as she could play around Will surely visit again!!

This place has its beauty of it's own, the birds singing in the morning, the lush green garden and landscapes and most importantly the hospitality by Arun Sir was the best. Also, our best buddies Lucy and Happy made our stay outstanding.

The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

Mr. Thoufiq was the host, the rooms were super clean and welcomed us with a refreshing smell. He was also generous enough to accommodate an extra guest. The host also helped us in arranging local tours and sightseeing.

Extremely satisfied with the place and worth every penny. Loved the peace and ambience. The only drawback would be that it is quite tricky for cars to get to the property due to the off-road tracks, just get the caretakers to escort you via jeep. Other than that insanely beautiful property, would definitely visit again!

Great place! Loved the amazing view from our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Divya is a great host, very friendly and caring. Though she resides somewhere else, she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Only downside is that the toilet is outside the house, which was little inconvenient for us - Senior Citizens, especially to use the facility in the night.

First of all Benny as host is wonderful person. He always helped us with all the things, very approachable. The first floor was little small but except that everything was so great. You will have you own lawn and car parking. Grocery shops were there in the streets. Swiggy and zomato was not delivering here. Beach was around 18km from here. But I would say it was a great stay for us. We had a memorable time here.
