В аэропорту нас (пять человек) встретили. До места привезли. Дом красивый и снаружи и внутри. Фотографии это не могут передать. Территория у дома ухоженная. В доме чисто, уютно и всё предусмотренно для проживания и отдыха. Хозяева гостеприимны, предусмотрительны и постоянно на связи. Отпуск прошёл великолепно. Большое спасибо Temuri и его семье. Масса впечатлений и удовольствий от поездки. Рекомендую. Рядом горная река. Купание в ней незабываемое.

Потрясающие апартаменты с очень гостеприимными хозяевами! Находятся в тихом жилом районе в 30 минутах ходьбы от аэропорта, при этом самолетов совсем не слышно. В шаговой доступности море, несколько торговых центров, новый бульвар с большой детской площадкой. Удобно добираться до большинства туристических локаций (не придется стоять в пробках). Крайне рекомендую для больших компаний или семей с детьми!

Арендовали дом на 10 дней в конце сентября 2021г большой компанией, 7 взрослых и 4 детей. В доме 4 спальни, зал, кухня, гостинная, 2 сан узла, веранда. Полностью соотвтетсвует фотографиям. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень чисто. Газовая плита, посуда, стиральная машинка, посудомоечная машинка. Единственный минус - не было микроволновки. На первом этаже живет хозяйка, очень приятная и общительная женщина, встретили нас с горячим хачапури, фруктами, домашней чачей, было очень приятно! На первый этаж вход в дом с другой стороны, поэтому арендуемая часть дома (2 этаж) с отдельным входом - по сути отдельный дом. Передвигались только на такси, поездка до моря , или до центра занимала примерно 15 минут. Вокруг горы, зелень, фрукты, красота! Рекомендуем! Спасибо хозяевам за все!

Нам очень понравилось у Гиорги и его семьи. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, идеально укомплектован, все очень практично внутри, прекрасно подойдёт и для семьи с детьми, и для двух пар друзей. Очень тихий уютный собственный двор, есть стол на улице, гамаки, песочница для детей. Мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда!

Останавливались вчетвером у Анны. Очень просторный дом, вмещает большое количество человек. Шикарные виды, приватная территория, прекрасно подходит для компании или семьи, которая хочет уединиться в горах на природе. До моря 15 минут езды на машине. Сурия машина - обязательна. Единственные минусы - не очень высокоскоростной интернет, сложновато, если вы удаленно работаете. И нужно учитывать, что одна из спален - проходная. Но это совершенно не помещало нашему отдыху. Отдельное спасибо Анне и ее мужу за то, что всегда были на связи, быстро отвечали и помогали во всем. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Хочется приезжать снова и снова!

Mzia was a very welcoming and kind host! She made us feel right at home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house offered a beautiful view of Batumi and a very cozy and peaceful atmosphere in nature. They offered us some of their homemade wine and were always willing to help. Wonderful people and wonderful stay! I’d highly recommended :)

Очень понравилось. Море рядом в 5 минутах. Так же рядом и остановки и рестораны и магазины. Классный зал с роялем, где можно собираться. Так же в каждой комнате по ванной.

Will always return to this apartment whenever me and my family are back to Batumi. It is renovated and spotlessly clean. Great location, everything within walking distance. The space is equipped with modern appliances, all in perfect working order. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like home. The host and co-host are exceptionally responsive and always ready to assist. If you’re planning a stay in Batumi, I highly recommend this place.

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

Отдыхали второй раз. Очень нравится хозяйка, очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. До центра ехать 5 минут. В квартире есть все необходимое. Вообщем не пожалели что остановились здесь второй раз))

A well equipped, comfortable apartment. Huge balcony. Two pleasant bedrooms (The third one with no window). Quiet but central neighbourhood.

Incredible location, right in the heart of Batumi! A close walk to everything you could need. Teo the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to get around and the best places to eat (and drink!). Apartment was very spacious and clean. Apartment is also providing health dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was friendly and responsive, and arranged smooth check-in despite of the late hour. Probably, the only disadvantage about the apt is that windows and balcony look onto quite a messy inner courtyard, but on the other hand there's no noise from the busy street.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин! Очень уютный и комфортный дом. Выделенные спальни, что максимально удобно для размещения нескольких гостей. Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!
