Extremely accommodating and responsive host! Went out of her way to resolve the few hiccups we had with the place and made our stay very easeful.

Wonderful cabin in Eagle River, perfect for a group getaway! The house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit for our group of 10. We especially loved turning off the lights at night and watching the moon through the huge panoramic windows — such a peaceful experience! We were hoping to catch the Northern Lights, but even without them, the view was magical. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled great. All amenities worked perfectly. The cabin has a beautiful rustic feel with high ceilings, wood interiors, and a warm dining space for meals and games. The small touches like the Christmas tree made it feel extra homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be close to nature while still having all the comforts of home!

We had a 1-month stay at Jeff's place. This place is right by the city trail system and is walkable to downtown (~1.2 miles). There is also a bus stop right outside the house. A couple of us ended up working here for a bit. There was one desk for use and the internet there was good for work. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and there were plenty of towels and linens for use. Jeff was very responsive throughout our stay. We were not able to get the mail ourselves, but Jeff or his wife was happy to grab it for us when it came. I did have my parents here as well and they enjoyed the place. It was spacious with 3 floors and we were able to spread out. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I did spend some nights in the basement, and it can get noisy when folks use the bathroom. Overall we did like this place and would stay here again if we come back to ANC.

Where to begin?? This was absolutely our favorite place to stay during our whole 3 week trip to Alaska (we stayed 9 days). The house was beautifully decorated and clean. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The hosts were very responsive to any issues we had (clogged drain, fixed within 12 hours) and provided lots of fun recommendations for local things to do. Which we did not do, because we were having too much fun in the hot tub. They went above and beyond with all the amenities and small touches — spices, utensils, books, coffee, toiletries. It felt like a home away from home. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we plan to come back soon!

I found Taylor to be communicative and responsive to questions and requests. The property is clean, quiet, and well managed. Very highly recommended.

Nice open space. Comfortable beds and showers got hot quickly - perfect for snuggling in the cold.

This was a great stay for my group traveling up for a hockey tournament. The space was great for being able to visit in the living room, play card games at the table and being able to cook and visit in the kitchen. The cozy nooks for relaxing or reading were great too.The beds were comfortable, and hot tub was a treat fir those that used it after playing hockey. If you are a large group be sure to carpool and aware of the vehicle limit. We were able to logistically work with this so it didnt become an issue. Overall we loved the space and were grateful to have a place that provided the space for our group and within a good distance to the rinks. Tanya was responsive at check in, and check out and with any questions we had. She was easy to work with and we also appreciated the ability to check in early.

The place was peaceful, gorgeous, and squeaky clean. Had everything you would need. All the pictures posted were accurate and the place was easy to find. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the near future.

Just as advertised this lake house is very relaxing and chill. The hot tub was a huge benefit. Host provided sanitary supplies, coffee, and a smores kit! Host was responsive to questions and we would definitely book again. This stay was late april so the lake wasnt fully thawed yet, I can imagine its even better in the summer when the water is open!

Very responsive, communicative, and understanding host! Everyone had a great time! The lake was so beautiful and it was so cool that there were kayaks and paddle boards available! I highly recommend. Shanna was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly. She really made sure that we were happy during our stay.

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

All the amenities of home in the seclusion of Alaska, just 15 minutes off the well-beaten path! This place was just as lovely as the pictures show, if not better. We enjoyed the hot tub each night after long days exploring the lake and surrounding areas. The waterfowl and wildlife were unmatched. The WiFi was even better than back home. All facilities were immaculately maintained and well cared for and you can tell the folks that care for this cabin take a lot of pride in it. Please note: This cabin is truly off the well-beaten path. The last 10-15 minutes to the cabin include a mix of gravel roads and one ways. Jennifer went above and beyond in being communicative and transparent with us about the location and accessibility of this cabin and we knew what we were getting into. We were thrilled to stay in such a tranquil place where we saw only one car go by in 3 days! We will definitely be back!
