Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

Ample parking ,2 min walk to Smith River,10 min drive to hiking trails & Redwood national Parks. 20 min drive to beach. Horseback riding nearby for both forest & beach rides (requires Res)

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special.
