Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer geteilten Sauna + Innen- & Außenwhirpool für die 3 Appartements. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Appartements sind sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub mit einem kleinen Skigebiet direkt in Hochfilzen und dem großen Skigebiet Saalbach erreichbar von den umliegenden Orten. Eine Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal!

excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

Ein altes Bauernhaus mit echten alten Türen, Böden und Treppen. Dazu eine passende Eibrichtung, moderne Küche sowie ein großes Wellness-Bad! So etwas zu diesem Preis in Kitzbühel ist wirklich top!!

Nemt at finde huset og nemt at parkere vores bil lige uden for døren. Super med nøgleboks og kode og godt med to nøgler, når vi, som os, var flere afsted. Vi manglede intet. Fint plads til os alle og køkkenet havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Rent og pænt over alt. Det betyder meget for os, så vi følte os straks hjemme og godt tilpas. Dejligt med hurtig, venligt og imødekommende respons, når vi henvendte os til udlejer med forskellige spørgsmål. Kan varmt anbefales. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. der Aufenthalt war super. Sehr schöne Innenausstattung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Ein Osterlamm hat auf uns als Willkommensgeschenk gewartet, war eine sehr liebe Geste.

Wir haben zu 4. hier genächtigt und waren sprachlos als wir ankamen. Die Bilder sind toll, aber können nicht einfangen, mit wie viel Liebe dieses Haus bzw. diese Wohnung eingerichtet und mit Holz dekoriert ist! Ganz ganz toll, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a great time in Kitzbuhel. Michaela was a great host and quick to respond when we texted her. The place was very clean and organized. The bed and sofa bed very comfortable. My younger son loved the blankets and sofa bed so much he kept asking me to decorate his room the same way and get him the same type of blankets:) The place is within walking distance from city center and kitzski. We loved it so much that we are planning to return next year.

Pobyt jsme si velmi užili. Hostitelé jsou velice příjemní a ochotní. Dům je umístěn ve svahu a z balkonu a terasy jsou nádherné výhledy do údolí. Hostitelé mají přistaven dům z druhé strany nemovitosti a host se s nimi potkává ve venkovním prostoru. Nicméně je to velmi milý manželský pár, takže to byla příjemná setkání. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Skifahren unterwegs und haben dabei im tollen Blueberry Haus von Kirsten übernachtet. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber bei uns lag kein Neuschnee, daher war es problemlos machbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus befindet sich der Skibus, sodass man das Auto nicht benötigt hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man hat durch das Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer ein tollen Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche findet man alle Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht und es gibt mehrere Kaffeemaschinen. Kirsten war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The place is easy to find. Eva gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Eva was also very responsive and she tried her best to address our needs. Very much appreciated.

Sehr gemütliches, uriges Bauernhaus. Etwas ganz besonders. Auch in Highlight: Frische Eier direkt aus dem Stall am Morgen. Unser Host war hilfreich, freundlich und quasi jederzeit erreichbar! Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, Skibus in der Nähe. Herzliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation sowie einwandfreies Check in Dankeschön!

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Fantastisch huis, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Hebben met hele familie geweldige week gehad. Heel fijn dat elke kamer eigen badkamer en toilet had. Hadden ongelukje met toiletbril, werd heel soepel mee omgegaan. Erg sympatiek allemaal!

Die Unterkunft von Alma hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sogar mit Skiraum. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine kurze Roomtour bekommen. Neben der Wohnung ist direkt ein Supermarkt was sehr praktisch war. Zum Skibus muss man ein Weilchen laufen, aber ist machbar. Etwas schade ist, dass man für die Sauna extra vor Ort zahlen muss (2 Euro pro 20 Min). Bei der Buchung muss man ein bisschen aufpassen, weil einem die Wohnung in Kirchberg angezeigt wird, sie aber dann in Brixen ist. Bei der Stornierung werden auch keine Ausnahmen gemacht. Die Wohnung an sich war aber top.

It was our second time in the apartment and we didn’t regret the choice. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport but peaceful and private at the same time. We love the large balcony with great view! Martina is a very kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely come back again!

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Dita und Roberto. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, auf jede Frage gab es eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Skigebiet ist für Anfänger völlig ausreichend und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben nichts zu meckern, haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.

Es war großartig - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gerne immer wieder!

Meget lækker bolig der havde alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Rummeligt, funktionelt, hyggeligt, pænt og rent. Vi brugte boligen som bolig til skiferie, men tror også det kunne være en dejlig bolig til om sommeren. Kan varmt anbefales!

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Apartment ist sehr modern, es ist genügend Platz und es gibt alles was man braucht :) Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und gut zu erreichen. Der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hof und die Gondelstation ist nicht weit weg, also perfekte Lage zum Ski fahren. Außerdem gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Dorfladen und frische Eier, Joghurt und Milch direkt vom Hof. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!
