Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is our second time staying at Jennifer and Kevin’s and as always they are formidable hosts. The place was spotless and if there was any issue they were both quick and easy to communicate it to have it solved. My partner and I plan to stay here again in our future Waterloo trips.

Me and my now husband decided to stay here during the weekend of our wedding, as it was a short distance to our venue. We felt so comfortable and right at home as soon as we arrived, and it was a great space to use to not only get ready on the big day, but to also relax afterwards. What's best was being able to have our dog and two bunnies there with is during this important time in our lives. Dani's communication is 10/10, very transparent, and always responds very swiftly! She is kind and considerate, and not only provided us with some wonderful wedding surprises, but had also considered our schedule for the weekend. We enjoyed the double-sink washroom and nice shower, but nothing compared the the incredibly comfortable bed. Me and my husband couldn't stop talking about it - I swear it's made of magic. I highly recommend the space if you're looking around the local area, or even want to have a little cozy weekend getaway! Thank you so much Dani and Ben!

A comfortable stay with all amenities! This place has it all! The location is very close to grocery stores, university of waterloo, and parks. The kitchen is stocked with pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, etc. The bedroom was cozy with comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. The bathroom is clean, and many bath towels were provided too. The building was quiet and clean with parking near the doors. The host, Brett, was also very responsive and friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay! Highly recommended.

Since the beginning the hospitality that Hikmet show was great, making you feel like home. They were friendly, responsive attending all your needs. The place was tidy and had beautiful decor with cozy vibes. Highly recommend this place, and definitely would like to come back.

My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time and the place was great. We felt at home and were very comfortable. Great place to stay if you want a quiet time.

Beautiful house. Spacious rooms. The master bedroom was unexpectedly large and so peaceful, loved the separate bath and shower. The decoration was beautiful, modern and not to cluttered. This place felt like a home from home. Only thing that needs changing was when I stayed the garden fence had not been done so couldn't open winfows as neighbours can see you. Good communication with hosts and liked their instructions file. Top of my list should I need to stay in Kitchener again.

Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig und schön. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Sandra und Chris sind wunderbare, freundliche Gastgeber. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The space is extremely clean and comfortable and the pictures do it justice. The view of the city is absolutely beautiful and is wonderful to wake up to! There's plenty of amazing amenities so we never felt like we were missing anything and since it's the winter season, the indoor parking was extremely nice and convenient. The host is amazingly responsive, usually responding within 3-5 minutes on the long end, so when we first had issues parking, they responded immediately to help us out. Instructions for checking in and checking out made the whole process a lot smoother and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

Awesome place, feels like home has everything you need except maybe some Lysol spray. View is incredible, very quiet, and hot tub and gym is pretty awesome. Free overnight parking just past the apartment on Wellington. Would definitely stay again.
