A fantastic place to stay with an amazing hot tub and views of the river and the horses over in the fields. Quiet and so comfortable it was like a home from home. It was exactly as described and in the pictures. We are definitely going to be going back again. Fantastic and we'd give it 100% Diane responded immediately to emails, a wonderful host.

The lodge was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for our stay. We had 6 adults and a 5 month old baby staying there for a week. The location is stunning, so quiet and peaceful and the views around are spectacular! Hazel was lovely, very fast at responding to messages and very friendly when talking to her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lodge to anybody. Thank you for a lovely stay, Hazel!

We had a fantastic 5 days at Ewan’s. Really lovely area and great for recharging the batteries.

We had a wonderful stay at Fair Havens. The pictures can’t do justice to the incredible view from the deck and the lodge itself was even roomier than we expected. Irene is a fantastic host, so helpful and responsive and we truly felt like we had a home away from home during our stay. Highly recommend!

Ali is an excellent host - a truly wonderful lady with a really warm personality - she made us feel so welcome and looked after. The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed, but what we loved most was the quirkiness and noticing something new every time we wandered around. It’s clear that a lot of love and creativity has gone into this magical wee place. The grounds and location are so peaceful and tranquil - dining outside around the fire pit and stargazing after some time in the hot bath and sauna was a real treat. We loved the stillness of the place - a very welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We absolutely loved our stay and have told all our friends about this wee gem. We hope to be back again sometime soon! Thank you Ali, you’re a real star! 🌟 X

What a fabulous location and accommodation - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thoughtfully and comfortably set up, all contributing to a very relaxing stay. The views from the cabin are wonderful and you could spend hours drinking in the scenery. Lots of great walks, cycles, swims within easy reach- we hope to visit again. Thanks to our hosts for offering such a great venue.

Alessandro kept in touch to make sure everything was okay and we knew how to work hotub, bbq etc. The caravan is spotless and has everything you need and on the plus side has a hottub , which is great for relaxing your muscles after a hard days trek. It's only a 5min walk to the town to find restaurants and pubs. He also leaves a welcome basket with nibbles and a bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. Definitely be back ❤

Wir waren nach einer anstrengenden Anreise eine Nacht zur Entspannung hier und es war so wunderbar. Einchecken, genießen, schlafen, essen, Fernsehen, schlafen... Perfekt! Action gäbe es genug, die haben wir nur nicht gesucht!!! Alles wunderbar! Danke

This is my second visit to the Farmer’s Cottage, and once again, I was blown away by the peace and tranquility. There have been some improvements to the site since my last visit, including a few new additions such as the boat and the camping pod. John and his team are always on hand to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, and it was lovely to watch and chat with the young girls tending their horses. I will definitely return for more country walks, beautiful sunsets, and an uninterrupted night’s sleep. I would highly recommend it.

A last minute break for myself and my wife. We wanted somewhere a bit off the beaten track where we could rest for a couple of days and we most certainly did. A really beautiful cabin well equipped for short stays or even longer ones. The area was peaceful and we felt like it was just us there even though there was a couple in cabin 1. The other cabin is plenty far away though so you don’t feel they are that near. The bed was very comfy and the rainfall shower was lovely as well. Andy and Amy were great hosts and very helpful when making contact after booking right through the break and leaving as well. We will definitely return one day and would recommend Anniston Cabins to anybody wanting peace and quiet.

Stephen’s place was a perfect home base for our golf trip. The view is amazing and the cottage was very clean and well furnished.

Me and my partner had the best weekend away at Highland Premier Glamping Pods. Graham went the extra mile and set the pod up for my partners birthday, which was well worth the extra money! The pod was very clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived Graham shown us around and shown all they offered including the hot tub, sauna and bbq hut which were all in pristine condition! Graham was a very friendly and helpful host. Will definitely be back!

Me and my son stayed at the cabin whilst visiting family. Perfect location, lots to do on the coast.

We had the loveliest stay at Abhainn cabin! The place is gorgeous — we had pretty high hopes to begin with but the place by far surpassed our expectations. The cabin was incredibly cozy, well put together and the place itself was immaculate. The area is stunning, we were spoilt for choice when it came to hiking, highly recommended if you’re into the outdoors. Paul was a fantastic host, very communicative throughout and thanks to his instructions it was a breeze to find the place. Very very highly recommended — we will most definitely be back

Die Lage ist sehr schön, abgelegen, mit Schaf- und Kuhweiden. Die Tomatin Destillerie ist sehr nahe und sehr zu empfehlen! Auch Inverness ist sehr nahe und für den Einkauf ist Aviemore sehr zu empfehlen, hat dort einen Lidl und mehr. (waren mit dem Mietauto unterwegs) Einziger Punkt: die Küche ist recht einfach ausgestattet, wir hatten daher in Aviemore noch ein-zwei Küchenutensilien dazugekauft. Bei Fragen und Themen standen James und Kitty immer zur Verfügung und eine Antwort kam schnell zurück. Zur Information: es befinden sich zwei Lodges nebeneinander, die jeweils auch an Familien mit kleinen Kinder vermietet werden. Wer mit seinem Partner alleine Zweisamkeit sucht, muss daher berücksichtigen, dass auch Kinderlärm vorhanden sein kann.

From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be a great stay. We booked an extra night no more than 10 minutes after walking in! It was in a private field surrounded by trees, trails, and farm land. Perfect and remote and we even saw some deer and pheasant outside the cabin. It was the perfect escape from busy city life, a farm shop and a Tesco superstore nearby which is great for the self catering. we will definitely be returning we had an absolutely wonderful time at Tillyfruskie Cabin.

My friends and I stayed in the cabin for two nights and we loved it so much, an absolute gem! The cabin is very comfy and has everything we needed, also kitchenwise. It's super clean and the heatings work properly so it was warm within no time. It's situated perfectly for exploring the Highlands (Glencoe area is an hour away). There's even a lovely little bar in the main house open till 10pm where we could have a drink. James is super friendly, he responded very fast to messages and the check-in was easy. We can definitely recommend this AirBnB a lot! :)

Modern, clean, well equipped, Nick was super helpful and gave us really useful tips on using the park and ride and tram for a fantastic day trip into Edinburgh. The Kelpies are also a short drive away and well worth a visit.

Alison's cabin was ideal for our stay. It had plenty of space for us and good facilities for self catering. The cabin is in the grounds of her large B&B house and Alison was on hand to welcome us and if we had any queries. There's a good bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. It's very walkable to the pubs, restaurants, cafes etc in Ballater and Alison provided lots of tips and recommendations for eating out. Parking on site. Good communication with Alison. Would stay again.

Such a lovely place to stay. Very relaxing environment, the hot tub was gorgeous and it was very peaceful. Cannot recommend enough! Laura was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. 5 star ratings across the board.

Lovely Log Cabin. Very spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great views all around. Plenty of nice walks around the area. The log Burner was great in the evenings as it got frosty outside, really warmed us all up. Good response from Bea all the way through from booking to arriving and departing. It was sad having to leave for our homewards journey.
