Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay for the Easter Weekend. We love Margate - have visited several time but really wonderful to have sea views from the front windows of the house this time. Magical. Beautiful house, location perfect for us. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 children in total and the house was the perfect size for our group. We each had a floor of the house, and a bathroom for each family. The kitchen/dining space was the winning area. Really great. They are also working on another lounge area downstairs- not quite finished when we stayed but would be amazing to have that second seating/lounge area. Throughout the house beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

The house was lovely, in a great location and very quiet. Stewart was quick to respond to any queries and gave some brill reccommendations about things to do nearby. Had a lovely trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Great little place with the star feature being the hot tub!! Was such a good space to unwind. Hosts were very communicative and would absolutely stay again:)

I had a wonderful time at Tanya’s accommodation! I booked few days away from the city for my family with 2 teenage daughters to enjoy the beach and the surroundings and fishing for my husband ! Great place to stay lots of things to do good restaurants and nice shops! The house it’s amazing well equipped a lot of space very clean and the host really helpful and responsive! Had to mention that the top terrace was my daughter’s favourite spot in the house they said it’s the perfect place to find your inspiration! Loved it! Hope we can come again during the summer!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

We came to stay in Margate as a family of 4 during the Easter break. The flat is very close to a nice family friendly quiet beach that is still easy walking distance to the main beach. We found the flat quiet and peaceful but also very well located for Dreamland and other attractions. We had a slight mix up where not all the bed linen was provided but the owner was very responsive even late in the evening and sorted the problem quickly. A great stay, thank you very much!

A fabulous house - much larger than we anticipated. Loads of space, great style, right on the seafront with fab views and an easy walk to anything we wanted. Shops, restaurants and the pier a short walk away. Highly recommend a stay here. Car park right behind the house (not free though)

Nice flat, dog friendly, good access to dog friendly beach, 5 min walk to Broadstairs, lovely views from the living area. Very responsive and helpful host. definitely recommended

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans l'appartement. Pascale nous a accueilli en personne et nous avons fait la visite de l'appartement ensemble. Celui-ci est très bien équipé, très propre, très calme et idéalement situé (50m. de la plage). Tout était parfait... Nous reviendrons certainement et nous recommandons cette location.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

This is the second time I have stayed in Richard’s apartment (see my review exactly a year ago). That should say everything. I found it again very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is centrally located to historical Canterbury. On both occasions I stayed over the weekend and the weather was fine. I note the mention of the beer garden over the way. Richard’s description of this is accurate. The building containing the apartment is on a quiet small street, with no vehicles passing. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as an ideal place to stay in Canterbury.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Amanda was a great host and incredibly welcoming. The place was spotless, great size and perfect for our stay!
