Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Tracey's place is lovely. A short walk from the beach and nice restaurants. Tracy's house is very clean and she's a great host. We had a cracking stay for a family holiday

Our stay at Annie's was fantastic. She and Paddy couldn't have been more helpful. The accomodation was all we had hoped it would be - loads of character, very well equiped, and very comfortable. We are hoping to return later in the year as it is an excellent base from which to explore the area and we loved it.

What a fantastic place to stay! Better than the photos , the art , decor and furnishings made this a stand out Airbnb. Very comfortable and easy to walk to great dog friendly cafes and pubs. The hosts communication was great and they left us a collection of lovely goodies… and milk in the fridge. Even dog trays for Ralph. Very thoughtful hosts and a perfect best ever Airbnb.

A superb location and a great place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and only a few steps away from food shops. David was very helpful and friendly and we would happily return for another holiday.

Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Great 5 star place and location The only recommendation would be to change the Matress in the twin small bedroom as they are not in good condition I defo recommend this air bnb location We might come back in the future Thankyou Jasdeep

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

Nice relaxing space very private and peaceful, host gave up many of recommendations, there’s a Tesco’s 5 mins drive away, if your fancying a takeaway while staying there, the Chinese red panda is amazing, the views from the hot tub was breathtaking I would definitely highly recommend staying here!

We’ve just had a great stay over Easter Weekend. Really can’t fault it. The caravan is exactly as described and very cosy. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The site is nice, with good facilities and really friendly staff. We would definitely visit again. Thanks Hazel.

WOW! What a fabulous bungalow and location. 4 of us and a dog stayed for a few days in April. The location is stunning, just minutes’ walk from Seaton Hole beach and the fabulous Jurassic Bites café and a short, spectacular wander from the beautiful town of Beer. The bungalow itself has everything you could wish for, including a walled/fenced garden that kept my dog happy and provided us with incredible sea views and garden seating. Louise is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The fresh scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing your bungalow.

A very tidy & homely property, with everything you need. Mark & his wife were very responsive & met me on arrival as I took a wrong turn into a neighbouring cul-de-sac!! A wonderful stay, very peaceful, highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—maybe even better in person. The host was kind and responsive. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at peters place for 4 nights with two children. We felt right at home straight away. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The price was described exactly right and it was amazing to arrive in the evening with all the deer right at the top of the path. Beds were comfy and had a great shower. The woods and river at the back were an amazing walk and would highly recommend to spend time exploring. The kids absolutely loved the river and exploring the waters edge . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay again hopefully next year for longer because there is so much more of the woods we did not have the time to explore. For nature lovers this place is a must and is close to some of Devon’s beautiful rivers and around 20-30 mins to the coast line. Peter was friendly and informative when we spoke and left us to enjoy his lovely home and Netflix was a super bonus for us and the kids.

Oh wow!!! Right from the start Lenny communicated with us straight away. Always a fast and friendly response to any questions we had. Really clear directions for when we were close and helpful instructions for when we arrived. On our arrival the place was absolutely spotless, I mean spotless!! It has a very homely and comfy feel. Lenny kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed, if not to just let her know. We didn't need anything as everything you could think of was catered for, all the kitchen supply's were available, all cooking equipment, towels, iron, tea towels. It had all the things you need, even down to a sewing kit!! The sitting room had a sofa bed and was spacious and comfy. The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft, squishy and cosy. The hottub was amazing and the shower had good pressure. It was just a home from home place. The location was excellent the beach is very close and all supermarkets within 5-7 min drive. We really loved it, ty 🥰

What a magical place! We stayed here the night before out wedding and it was just perfect - unique, incredible views and had everything we needed. Stacey was so brilliant, very helpful and so friendly. Thank you again!

What a beautiful place Cara has. It so peaceful, relaxing and certainly feel home from home. Upon on our arrival, which was easy to locate especially with directions from Cara, getting the keys was easy too. We went into the property, where Cara had left us a bottle of wine, a chocolate Easter bunny and a pint of milk, which we’d thought was a lovely gesture. We met Cara, she was so friendly and such a lovely lady. The village is a short drive away (you can walk it) we went into both pubs, The kings Arms first the menu for food was good but not what myself & husband wanted. We went onto The Seven Stars, in which was so welcoming, here is where we had food. Both of us went with lasagna, side salad, garlic bread and we had a side of chips. The portions were big, it was absolutely delicious 😋 and value for money, worth a visit. We can’t fault Communication from Cara from the minute we booked right up till we arrived. Second time we have stayed here and was even better than last time. Greeted with freshly baked goods which is a lovely touch. The place is fabulous with amazing views. Its very comfortable with everything you need. I think it says it all that we came back and will continue to do so. Thanks Judith for a lovely stay.
