Wow what a great place to stay.. we only stayed 2 nights. Not long enough. we loved every minute of it. I can only recommend it for everyone who would love to have some peace and quiet time.

Dieter and Gina are lovely and welcoming hosts. The pool house is a beautiful building with lots of natural light and lovely decor. It was very comfortable and restful to stay (and swim).

The house was exactly as described and very clean. Alison and team were great hosts, and flexible with the late check in. Alison’s team even have us discount vouchers for Australia Zoo! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Mudjimba on the Sunshine Coast. The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area – it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. The upstairs bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The backyard was a great spot for a BBQ and spending quality time with family. The kitchen was also well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for cooking and enjoying meals together. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay – would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a big bonus for us 😊😊

We had a lovely stay at Letitia’s for 2 nights while we came up from Byron to go to Australia zoo and see Noosa. House is lovely, loved the massive corner sofa! Beds were very comfy, felt very homey and we would definitely come back if we head to the area again. Thank you! We all had a lovely weekend

Upon arrival we felt at ease, a comfortable home which is well laid out and with everything we needed. The house is on the river in a lovely quiet location with its own small beach area, but only 800 metres or so to the main beach with tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Local cafe just steps from the front door and a Cole’s about 10 minutes walk.

This is a gorgeous property - lots of living spaces and great for big groups, beautifully appointed and wonderful location - near the beach, shops and bus to everywhere. None of us had a lovely stay and the team at Balmy Breaks were easy to get in touch with and super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Host was pro-active with good clear communication. Excellent location with fantastic open plan living area with beautiful view of the ocean.

Had an amazing time here, the house is huge and is great for a large group or for a couple of families. The house is setup with an array of great supplies like kids toys, board games and kitchen utensils/ appliances which made our stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, can easily walk to the beach, it’s a nice quiet street (definitely be extra courteous to the neighbour on the left, when you’re looking at the house). We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, the house was so clean and private with such an incredible view. Everything you need close by and Kayla was so friendly and quick to respond with anything we asked. Would recommend for anyone, whether you have a large group or just a couple that wants to spoil themselves in the hill tops. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Essence. We loved the location - close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was the very small outdoor deck area, which was too small for 8 people to sit comfortably. The lounge room also only sat 6 people. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay.

This is a lovely, well-equipped villa with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the Coolum Beach area and viewing migrating whales from the patio.

It was a great pleasure for all of us staying at Kirsten place. Awesome home, clean, complete with all the amenities and a very pleasant pool and outdoor!! We will come back for sure! Thank you

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

We had the most lovely stay at Essence - perfect location, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. Great facilities and a beautiful house to stay in. The pool bar was a highlight! We’ll definitely be back!

Stunning views from this beautiful home. Location was great, easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the airport and short drives to other popular spots, Noosa, golf courses, markets. Would love to visit and stay here again.

We loved our stay. Will be rebooking. Clean, comfy, great amenities and great for our family 2 kids with a friend each with the 3 bedrooms we all had space. Loved living, kitchen, deck upstairs and downstairs ground floor sleeping/bathrooms. Close to drive into Noosa and Peregian. Photos on the site are a collection of different villas in the whole property. Not of the one we were in as it was amazing. Gavra was a wonderful host. Was a very Happy New Year for us staying here. Thank you Gavra we’ll be back. 🙏🏼
