Serene and peaceful! Just about everything needed to make all the typical activities convenient, including all of the equipment, beach towels and chairs, etc. A very quiet and private environment. Can’t wait to come back!

This unit is a HUGE suite in an upscale time-share resort. Because that's the case, it is extremely comfortable and well maintained. If you're looking for a beach resort experience -- and have little or no desire to leave the property and explore Maui, this place will likely meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you're looking to experience the real Hawai'i and its culture and people, as I was, then this location isn't for you -- or, at least, it wasn't for me. I had to drive at least 45 minutes to get to anywhere truly interesting or authentic or worth seeing (e.g., Haleakalā, Upcountry Maui, the North Coast, Hana). Part of this reflects the geography of Maui, whose mountains take up the interior and cannot be driven over or through, making for long drives to and from the West Coast (which has all sorts of water activities, but little else of interest). None of my concerns should be taken as criticisms of Mike or of the specific unit, which were terrific.

We had a terrific stay, so much better than a stuffy hotel room. Walking distance to fantastic beaches and shopping/eats. Excited to go back and do it again.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house/location. It had all the space and amenities to make it a comfortable stay for our party of 6. We loved waking up every morning and walking over to Kraken Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee and then later walking over to the food trucks at night for an amazing variety of food for dinner. Probably our absolute favorite thing was how conveniently close Foodland grocery store was. We would love to stay there again in the future! Mahalo!

The location of this condo is perfect. It is situated adjacent to many restaurants and shops, and it has unparalleled access to the beach. It was nicely appointed, beds were very comfortable, and the unit was clean. Our only concern was that the sliding door panels that separate the Second bedroom from the living room, do not give adequate privacy if the unit is going to be used by two couples. Additionally , those panels, when closed at night, diminish the flow of air conditioning from the living room unit. also, since the panels have frosted glass, the living room cannot be used by the other couple if they stay up later, or get up early, because the glare and noise from the living room tv will be manifested into the bedroom. I would not recommend this wonderful unit for use by two couples.

Condo was clean and had what we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and some food places.

Great great great!! Location and communication were as good as it gets. Can’t wait to come back.
